Chapter 10: Esperanza (Hope)

Midoriya's Point of view

I grab all her belonging and ran to my house. The only way I could get to the house fast enough if I went on top of the roof. With that I used 10 percent of my quirk and headed up in the sky. I wanted to see if I could possibly see Y/n anywhere but I didn't have luck. I arrived home panting with all the stuff In my hands. I open the door and drop all the items

"Izuku!! What's the matter!" My mom ran toward the door full of worry. "Where did you get so many-!" she gasp seeing so many items I brought home. "You didn't steal!! Did you!! I taught you better Izuku!!" her eyes were full of tears.

"No! Mom!" I tried to calm her down from crying. "There's something I need your help with something."

"Huh?" sniffing the snot from her nose. "What is it son?!"

Todoroki's Point of view

I arrived home after the interview, exhausted. I slowly took off my shoes as dad closed the door behind me and looked angry as always. "I'm glad you listen to me but that doesn't mean I ain't mad at you."

"Huh?" I looked at him pissed.

"I am mad at you because once more you didn't come back home, but you got this interview in the bag so I guess you are off the hook."

"Ok? I guess.. look I am tried and I would like to go to sleep, ok? Good night." I didn't let him speak because I ran to my room. I close the door and drop my body on my bed. I turn to my right to text Y/n. I haven't gotten a text from her and I'm getting worried. I went to the section of messages and went to send her a text.

Hey! Y/n. Just wondering how you been! I miss you! Please text me when you can.

I sighed and locked my phone. I turn to the left and saw all my belongs just how I left them on Thursday morning . I sit up and stretch, yet when I stretched I was getting headache. I went to my desk to see if I had any pain killers. Luckily there was, I grabbed two pain killers and headed to the kitchen to get a glass of water. On my way there, my older sister Fuyumi was getting dinner ready. I turn on the faucet to see the water flowing down. I looked at the water and it remind me of Y/n...

I sighed and fill up the glass and started to swallow the pills. While drinking the water I heard Y/n voice, echoing in my head. Pleading for help. 'Shoto! Shoto!' I kept hearing her sweet voice pleading for help. My eyes widened and dropped the glass, making a huge sound of glass breaking.

"Shoto! What's the matter?!" Fuyumi came running towards me.

I didn't know what was happening. I couldn't move my body nor my mouth, I was frozen. Fuyumi cupped my left cheek wiping the tear from my throbbing eye. Why was I crying? Why do I feel like Y/n is in danger?!

"Shoto!" Shaking me back to reality. "What's happening?! I been trying to snap you out and nothing!" My worried sister said.

"I don't know...." I looked at my hands. They were shaking of fear and cold. I looked at Fuyumi and smiled. "Thank you for worrying about me."

"Shoto....." She said in a low tone. "Are you sure you are ok?"

I nodded at Fuyumi and assured her by giving her a hug. I made sure I didn't accidentally step on the broken glass. "Don't worry I will clean up this mess." I smiled at her. I left her there speechless and went to grab a rag and broom. After I clean up the mess and headed to my room. I kind of wish that Y/n texted me, yet nothing. I shooked my headed and grab a towel and headed to take a shower.

I reached to the shower and turn on the water. I made sure I didn't touch the water just yet. I took off my clothes and headed to the shower. I took a deep breath and enter the shower. Once I was in the water, dripping all over my body. I sense Y/n in danger. I closed my eyes and concentrate to see what else I could see. Once I close my eyes I saw Y/n on a chair tied up. She had her hair covering her face and crying. 'What the hell was Midoriya doing?! Where is he?!' I couldn't see what was happening until I saw a man go in front of her. Talking to her, yet I couldn't hear anything of the conversation. I got pissed and froze the water. I got out of the shower and dry myself up really quickly and got dressed.

I went to grab my phone and saw a message from Y/n and immediately open the message.

Hey Todoroki~kun! It's Midoriya!! When you have the chance meet me at this location, its about Y/n.

Gripping my phone tightly as I looked at the closet. I threw my phone to the bed and headed to the closet. I saw my hero suit and grabbed it immediately. Finally in my hero suit I looked at the window to see the trees moving in peace. With anger taken over me I grabbed my phone and jump to the window. Before I ran out of my room I looked back to my room. I thought of Endeavor, he's gonna get mad if he found out I sneaked out.

So really quickly wrote a note and placed it on my desk for Fuyumi to read, Immediately I jump out of the window. With angry expression on my face, I was determine to find her. The only way for me to get her back is for me to ask for help.
