Chapter 13: Forgotten

Midoriya's Point of view.

I lost Todoroki-Kun and (y/n) when I was fighting the sidekicks of Endeavor. Once I was done finishing them off I went to find those two. Running the destruction around the place I saw the fireflies. I smiled as I ran towards there. That's how I knew they were safe, but something seemed wrong, the fireflies weren't glowing as they were 20 minutes ago.

Fast as I could to arrive where it was more glow of the fireflies, there is where I saw both of them on the ground, motionless. My eyes widened when I went to check on them. (Y/n) was bleeding from her stomach and Todoroki was just covering up her wound with his arm. I realized that he was trying to stop the bleeding by using his hand.

I quickly moved his had to see how deep the wound was, It wasn't too deep but it could kill her because of the amount of blood she is losing. I wasn't sure on what to do and called out Recovery Girl to see if she was around. I checked her pulse and it seems fine for now.

"Sorry, I'm late!" Recovery Girl said. She looked down to see Y/n's Wound and started to heal her. Lights started to show and recovery girl looked at me. "Ok Midoriya, I will need your help, understood?"

I nodded and waited for instructions. "Take off her shirt," she said calmly.

"EH!?" I started to blush so hard that I could have passed out. "I can't do that!!"

"Well, do you want her healed?"  She rosed one of her eyebrows.

I sighed and nodded, with my hands shaking I moved slightly once more to reveal some of the cut. I wonder why this is bothering me now, I wasn't blushing when I first saw her wound. When the shirt was moved up slightly I looked at Todoroki so I wouldn't be bothered at the fact that touching a girl without permission. The more I paid attention I realized, what made him past out, It doesn't seem like he is hurt, besides some ashes on him.

I heard All Might scream and pinned down Endeavor causing Endeavor to put out his flames. All might won the fight, he did it once again, saving me and my friends. I looked at Recovery girl and spoke. "I healed most of her wound but we need to take her to the hospital or she could die," she said sadly.

My eyes sadden and picked her up, "I'm not letting that happen." Immediately I took her to the closest hospital, she's my friend and I cannot let someone die on my watch. Using my quirk to get there faster. As I tried to get her to the hospital I saw her fireflies appear once more, but the light started to fade away more. This must be telling me to hurry up and saver her. I tried something I have never done before and used my quirk to 20% to get there faster.

A few hours later...

Todoroki's point of view.

I don't recall what happened when I passed out next to (Y/n's) body, but as I looked around where I was, it was dark and lonely. It reminded me of when I was getting my memories back. For awhile of darkness, I saw a small (f/c) glow appear. I ran as fast as I could to the light, I have seen that light and I know exactly who it was. Once I reached the light I felt safe and warm. My body started to move on its self and reached for the light.

Touching the light exploded with small fireworks and her sweet voice calling out my name, the thing was, I couldn't see her, it irritated me. "Y/n!! Where are you! I can't see you!"

"I'm right in front of you." I kept looking around the area, yet I couldn't see her. "Look, do you see that Firefly?"

Now that I paid more attention, I could see a firefly that was shining the brightest from the explosion, there were other fireflies surrounding the only one that was shining the brightest. I walked slowly towards the firefly to see myself and Y/n next to each other, smiling. She was my light, and I was her fire. ( I hope you got the reference of why I used fireflies ;) ) But her light was fading. I reached out to the image of her smiling at me to only disappeared when I tried to reach out for her. I was once more alone. 'Why!' I felt tears coming down and feeling weak once more. I fell on my knees while the F/c fireflies disappeared. I haven't this way in a long time.
