"Life Plan!?" Ryota stumbled.
"Shh!" Yumeko scolded him. "Class is beginning. We can talk about it later!"Meanwhile, back in the council room, Sayaka was trying to get Runa's attention.
"Yomotsuki. Yomotsuki. Meari Saotome of Year Two, Flower Class, has requested a meeting with us." Sayaka stated with a seriousness. The president was off to class, fantasizing about the time she was going to get to spend with you today.
"The president in't here, but I guess I can handle it. Send her in." Runa didn't even bother looking up.
"Very well." She bowed and turned back to the door.
"Sayaka." Runa used her first name, breaking down some of the barrier between them, just briefly.
"Yes, Runa?" Sayaka also dropped the pretense.
"When do you think we should tell our Princess what her Prince has been doing when it isn't his turn?"
"The president thinks that he is gearing up to make his move soon. After he falls, I suppose it wouldn't do much more damage to keep pushing him down. That way, he never gets back up." Her voice was so nonchalant and professional that Runa couldn't help but smile.
"Ah, Sayaka, if we weren't entertaining the Princess, I think I'd pursue you."
"That's enough, Tomotsuki. I shall retrieve Meari Saotome." She finished walking towards the door and then beckoned her in. "Come in, Saotome."
Meari marched across the floor, life plan in hand.
"You need something? I'm busy, so keep it short." Runa was focused on her gaming system in front of her, and sucking on her lollipop.
"I received this booklet this morning from the student council. What's the point of this ridiculous document?" She demanded to know.
"It means what it says."
"Shut up! What is this disgusting text?"
"I just told you. It's exactly what it says. Everything that it says is just what's gonna happen." Runa still didn't bother to look up. "Yes! Level clear!"
"You're lucky! You get to marry a Diet member! Well... Orita's a filthy lolicon. I guess you didn't make a great impression on the princess. I'd never want to marry him. Too bad that she gets the final say on life plans! But, at least he has got plenty of money and connections, so you'll succeed if nothing happens. Actually... It's already been decided that nothing will!"
"Already been decided?"
"Yes, the final decision's already been made by the Princess." Runa stood up and smiled at her.
"Even if that's true, me, getting married? Now way! I don't even know..." Runa grabbed Meari's cat tag.
"It doesn't matter what you think. The Princess has made the final decision. And there's lots of ways to force somebody to do what you want. That's what I'm here for. I make sure the Princess is catered to. And this is her word. And to us, her word is law."
Meari chucked her life plan at Sayaka, missing by a few feet.
"SHUT UP!" She screamed. "I refuse to obey this!"
Runa was instantly in her face with a terrifying look.
"Then pay us what you owe us." Backing away, she was going to check on you in class. But first, she went to retrieve the discarded plan. "If you can't, that's what'll happen to you. Please, try to take care of this. The Princess worked hard on it. You better get good at pleasing a man!"
