Part 9- Miracle

I opened my eyes, sat up straight, still (jung) shook about what just happened.

"Ji-eun?" Seokjin asked confused and worried. I can see in his face that he is very puzzled.

"Why? How? What?" he attacked me with questions but i ignored them.

"I'll explain later. Now, where is Jungkook?" i said as i detached all of the things that was attached to me.

"Wait! How-" i cut him off.

"I said later! Tell me where Jungkook is, now!" i shouted at him and i feel bad for it but the only thing i need to focus right now is Jungkook.

"Room number 096. Go for him!" he spoke as i collected his self.

"Thanks." i replied as i exited the room and went to room 096. I opened the door and revealed Jungkook who was almost life less, laying on the hospital bed. It broke my heart to see him in this state. I ran to him, held his cold hands, and began to cry. I prayed.

"Lord God, i know that i have sinned. Please, please! Bring my boyfriend back to me. I know that i wasn't a good person. I admit all my mistakes! I'm sorry! Please let him live. I need your miracle!" i begged, my eyes closed. I cried and cried like there's no tomorrow. Suddenly, i felt a hand caress my hair softly. I looked up and saw Jungkook smiling so warmly at me.

"Babe, your here? How-" he was confused, like everyone else right now.

"I'll explain later. The only thing that matters right now is that He granted my prayer." i spoke to him, still crying. Thank you...

AFTER FEW MINUTES~

We were all in Jungkook's room. Me, Jungkook, Suji, and Seokjin.

"So, can you tell us how you woke up? I mean-" the doctor panicked and i reassured him with a smile as i cut him off.

"I was in the place where white fog and clouds can only be seen." i started and they were listening patiently.

"I'm not sure where i am that time. But, someone suddenly spoke. I feel like it was God's angel who spoke to me. His voice was angelic and soothing, so i listened to him instead of panicking. I didn't saw anyone, i just heard a voice." i stated.

"What did he say?" Suji asked.

"He said that Jungkook was sick and if i want to go back to earth, Jungkook's life will be taken by Him in replace of mine. I begged Him not to so he gave me another option-" i was cut off by Jungkook.

"Which was...?" he questioned.

"I needed to admit all of my mistakes in order for him to let me to go back to earth." i said quite nervous.

"Wow.... I'm speechless." Seokjin said, amused.

"Me too." Suji added.

"Me three." said Jungkook. Then there was a moment of silence until...

"So, when will Jungkook be discharged from here?" i asked the doctor, changing the subject.

"In 3 days. Jungkook's condition isn't that bad. He just got few bruises. It'll take time to heal. Also, you will be put in a wheel chair for some time, in case you'll find it hard for you to walk. You should call yourself lucky." the doctor said the last part to Jungkook.

"I think it's the same date where you'll be discharged too." my eyes widened in disbelief.

"What?! Why can't i be discharged right now? I have fully recovered, have i not?" i whined, with an annoyed, questioning look. The doctor rolled his eyes at my comment.

"No, you are not. You will fully recover 3 days from now. Your body is still weak and we need to make sure that you are stable enough to go out. Plus, you were dead Ji-eun." he lowly let out the last part.

"But-" he cut me off.

"No buts Ji-eun. I am your doctor." he clarified and i pouted.

"Ugh. Fine." i gave up.

AFTER 3 DAYS~

I went out of my room and was about to go to Jungkook's room when i saw him on a wheel chair being pushed towards me by Suji, who was smiling so brightly at me and the doctor.

"Let's go?" he suggested, slightly laughing.

"Yes. Bye Suji! We'll miss you! You too worldwide handsome!" we bid goodbye to them and they did the same.

"Invite us to the wedding, would you?" Suji said and Jungkook giggled.

"Of course. Bye!" i waved my hand at them and so does Jungkook. With that, i pushed Jungkook's exit and we made out way to our car.

"I'll drive. No excuses." i warned.

"Fine." he spoke, defeated. I chuckled a little bit at his reactions. It was kinda cute

AFTER FEW MINUTES~

I went out of our car and so did Jungkook. My eyes widened, seeing him walking.

"What are-" i almost tripped when i ran towards Jungkook, who instantly moved away.

"I'm fine. You don't have to baby me." he said with a little pout and my eyes softened, seeing him acting like he's okay.

"Alright." i said pretending to be angry as i walked away, leaving him behind.

AFTER AN HOUR~

I prepared lunch for us to eat. We were eating at the table, talking about random stuffs until he mentioned something.

"Later, we will go to the police station, so be ready." he instructed and i grew confused and (jung) shook at the same time.

"Why?"

"I needed to report something." he answered.

"And what is it?"

"It's because of *****." he replied shortly and i was (jung) shook again.

"What? What about her? I thought we're over this?" i simply grew a annoyed hearing the girl's name.

"You know, she was the one responsible for my accident." he spoke with a serious tone and that made me shut my mouth because i know that this is not the time to ramble.

"How are you so sure?" i asked, trying my hardest not to ramble.

"She was the last thing i saw before i was knocked out. I even saw a gun on her hand-" i couldn't hold it in me anymore, i rambled, cutting him off.

"What!? We will go to the police station right now! Let's go, Jungkook." i said as stood up from my chair and was about to go to the garage to start up the engine of our car, when my boyfriend called me.

"What about the dishes?" he asked.

"I'll wash them later. Let's go!" i instructed him and he immediately followed.

AFTER FEW MINUTES~

We were outside the police station. I went out of the car and so did Jungkook. We went to the information desk.

"Excuse me," i started as the officer looked at me and smiled.

"We would like to file a report against...

Kim Naeri."
