The days following I didn't talk to leo. I didn't say anything to anyone, amd im not sure why. After a while, Lucy said something."You too still fighting?"

"We had a fight?" I questioned.

"Ya, he was yelling at you for hanging out with Aaron. You told him to never talk to you if he was going to be like that."

"I don't remember any of that." I checked the time, 20 mineuts till class starts. "All I really know is I'm avoiding him."

"You should get going soon, Taylor and Ashly are waiting for you by the fountain."

"I feel like that foutain is our place." I say as i put the rest of my stuff in my bag.

"Its pretty, and peaceful. But its where all the drama goes down too."

"What do you expect its high school, when will there not be drama."

I walked out down to the meating place. The school redecorated the main court yard for winter, which was comming soon. There were fairy lights every where and soft blue light in the fountain. It was just a sturdy water proof flashlight, but it looked cool so we kept it there. It adds a mystical feel to things.

"Hey Grace, your late." Ashley said as I walked in.

"I'm actually two mineuts early. So why did you need me?" I said trying to hurrry so im not late.

"It's about the vandalisms. We think Leo is behind it." Taylor said.

"What makes you say that?" I wouldnt doubt it, but he doesnt seem like that kind of guy.

"I heard him on the phone," Ashley added, "He was talking to someone called Eve? He sounded profetional. He said things about getting paypack and enjoying his fun. He also was able to tell about how thwy were done."

"He also said he making someone forget about doing it" Taylor butted in, "We have audio proof. I sent it to the princible before we got here."

The bell rang soon after and I had to go to class. It gave me time to think about what my friends had just told me. What was Leo's true intensions.

After class had ended, Aaron and I when to a small field like place near the school. I need help moving through time again, I can faintly see the past, and I prefer not to see the future at will. We were out there for an hour before I could see pieces of the end of my summer. I saw the day I meet Leo, and as I was heading home for the night he did something. I opened my eyes and stared at Aaron, "Leo changes my memory," I said as tears began to fill my eyes, "The day Leo and I meet, when i was going home, he changed my memory so I would think we were dating."

"Why would he do that? Do you think you can see some of his past to find out why?"

"I don't think so, I would have to know when to look, and it's most likely not going to be all at the same time. For all we know, its just something he thinks about and has never been said out loud."

"Good point. Did you guys break up? You two haven't been hanging out like usual."

"I've just been running from him, something told me to and I did." I Laid back into the grass and Aaron laid beside me. "I've been felling a lot better though. I'm not as tired, and I'm able to focus more in class. It's been easier to focus on my powers too."

"So he was the problem. I'm glad to see your doing better."

"me, too."

"Now let's focus on going to different places in the present, lets try to get you to the other side of the field."

"I don't think I can, I haven't been able to see the present to well. All I can do is the past."

"We wont know until we try." We sat up and I closed my eyes thinking about the side of the field. When I opened them, I was still next to him.

"I told you I couldn't do it. Everything is different now, I've started from the very beginning."

"I'm gonna go to the other side, and I want you to think about coming to me. If you can do that we can slower work our way to were you used to be."

I watched him walk to the end of the field and waited for me. I sat for a good five minutes and focused, hoe did I do it before? Did I just think about the place, or the person? There had to be more than that, a feeling. A need to be there. I need to be there, next to him its the only way. I let out a breath. Aaron, and the field. I felt a surge of energy and fear take over my body. I was trembling, shaking so badly I felt as if this want my body anymore.

When I opened my eyes Aaron was right beside me, he was talking but I couldn't hear him. I could feel the tears running down my cheeks. I saw Leo walking to us, he pushed Aaron out of the way and placed his hand on my chest and said, "This is your fault".

my world went white.

~Authors Note~

I've spent little over a week on this chapter because I kept going back and re-editing things. I plan on fixing any plot holes that were in the first book, and some in this one. Such as explaining how and why Grace has her powers, and how Aaron knew about them in the first place. There's also things I missed in the first book, and I will address them either later in this book for one of the next one's.

I have other books I would love some advice on as well as this one. Let me know what you think, i would love to here from you.

love,

Hannah A. Williams
