I returned home after school wondering where Blaze had gone. I had to see him and ask him what happened last night because he disappeared and I started suspecting him. If he killed those 10 people I honestly don't know how I'll be talking to him, maybe I won't even talk to him.

Blaze is dangerous for fucks sake! He might have a human side in him, but it's weak. Blaze belongs to hell, but he can probably be saved too. I just have to figure it out. It's all my fault after all. But I'm afraid that there's no way to get rid of his demon side, because it's a part of who he is.

I had lunch and went to our house' library where we basically have everything associated with paranormal, our family stuff and memories. I began looking for a book in our which would have an answer to my question. I searched for a while as I listened to music in the background.

Blaze still didn't show up out of nowhere like he usually does and when I heard someone entering my house I quickly got up and walked out of the library to see my dad in a hurry gathering things.

"Dad? W-what's going on...?" I asked him raising my eyebrow as I stood in the middle of a hallway as if I was lost.

"I'm packing my things, leaving for a trip. Dunno for how long, but it's important. You're going to stay with your auntie Sally for a while. She'll come here with Andrew" my dad told me and started packing his things. Sally is my dad's older sister, who's a witch and used to be very good friends with my mom. Andrew is Sally's husband, who's a shadow hunter.

"What trip is it? For what?" I asked. My dad walked up to me and cupped my cheeks.

"Listen. Like I said, the world got very dangerous, normal humans can't fix it, because they don't have the power or abilities to do so. Sally will explain everything to you" my dad said and hugged me tightly.

"I love you so much" he mumbled and kissed my forehead. I didn't even have the chance to ask or answer. I guess it was the whole point of it because he was rushing and apparently there was no time for questions.

"Sally and Andrew shall arrive soon. Sally will be going to work though, she'll be leaving at 8 am and returning at 7. And Andrew, he'll be around more often because he'll be protecting you" he told me and pulled away from a hug and pulled out money from his wallet and handed them to me.

"Here's money, be careful and responsive. I'll call you" my dad kissed my forehead, took his bags, carried them to the car, then put them inside and drove away leaving me standing there, trying to process everything that happened right now.

I sighed and brushed my fingers through my hair. I can feel my life slowly changing somehow.

"So your father didn't tell you the reason huh?" My aunt Sally asked as she put a bag of food on the counter.

I shook my head "Nope. He always tells me everything, but this time he refused to tell me and I'm worried sick" I said as I helped Sally to pick food out of the bag.

"Someone opened the gates of hell" Andrew said. I looked at him shocked. I couldn't believe my ears. It sounded unbelievable.

"No. No way!" My eyes widened.

"Well someone found the way to open the gates and let the demons out...along with Lucifer. And your father left to make an army of shadow hunters" Andrew explained. It all started making sense...

I looked at Sally with my eyes full of worry. I didn't know what to do. I couldn't believe it, but I know it's true, no one would joke about such a thing. It just repeated in my mind...gates of hell are open, gates of hell are open.

And the worst part of it is that I can't do anything about this whole mess. I can't stop it. What could I possibly do? My dad is in danger. Fuck, the whole world is in danger!!! And I can't just sit there, waiting and hoping for everything to end up good, to end up back the way it was. I have to fight!

But how could I fight, when the only ability I have is see ghosts?
