The Princess

Random disembodied limbs lay around only slightly burned while other bodies lay charred to a crisp. The Exodus ship not even looking better. It was like something I read in a book, the main character describing a disaster like an atomic bomb had gone off. I would have described it the same way if I knew what that actually looked like. Anyway Bellamy had gathered a small search and rescue group, we all knew it was just a search group although for my sake Bellamy had said 'search and rescue.' The group had considered of a couple people Bellamy trusted then Finn, Raven, Bellamy and I.

"Clarke shouldn't be out here." Finn growled softly making me shake my head. Why could he just get over me now that he has Raven and now that I have Bell?

Raven said something to Finn but it was drown out as Bellamy spoke roughly.

"It doesn't matter what you think, Spacewalker." Bellamy growled back, his body stiff next to Finn. His hands flexed over the gun slightly as the muscles in his jaw jumped. He clearly didn't like Finn caring for me like he should but we were still keeping our relationship a secret so he couldn't care at the moment. "The Princess wants to be here, so let her have her closure."

And as the two if them somewhat argued back and forth I went around searching for any sign of my mother. Nothing, I found nothing that would connect me to my mother. At the thought I wanted to collapse onto the ground but I hated showing any form of weakness so unseasonable of collapsing like I wanted to, I kneeled down. I hadn't realized I had kneeled down next to one of the tanks that seemed to be leaking fluid until Raven yelled at me.

"Clarke stop!" She was running to me as I straightened.

"Rocket fuel?" I asked her looking at the liquid.

"Hydrazine." She answered kneeling down to get a better look. "And its highly unstable in its liquid form." She then dipped a rock in the liquid before straightening and yelling "Fire in the hole." With that said she threw the rock at a fire a distance away.

Everyone shared a look before Bellamy sighed. "We need to get back to camp."

We had just walked into camp when we heard the news of Murphy being back and at the news Bellamy become furious. His dark eyes burning midnight from the anger as he stalked toward the drop ship where everyone gathered. He was causing and growling orders as he walked into the drop ship itself followed by Finn and I.

"Where is he?!" He growled using the tone he always used for being the leader of The Hundred. And at the sound of his voice the crowd parted like the red sea to form a path straight to the bloodied up Murphy. "Everyone but Conner and Derek out. Now!"

Everyone except for Finn and I left the drop ship leaving us all alone with Murphy. I had my reasons for staying by Bellamy's side. 1) I was his secret girlfriend. 2) I was the second leader. And 3) Murphy did try to kill me right before Charlotte’s suicide. In a way I was at fault for Murphy trying to kill me I did after all falsely accuse him of murder.
