The Rebel Leader

"Did he do something to you?" I stepped closer watching her look up at me and shake her head softly. My eyes had grown wide the moment I saw her but when I saw the result of Murphy's bloodied puke, I growled out. "What is this?"

"Biological warfare." Clarke looked up at me. "You were waiting for the grounders to retaliate from the bridge, well this is it. Murphy's the weapon."

“So that means pretty much whoever came in contact with Murphy is at risk with this same thing, right?” I asked her softly but before she could answer Conner and Derek stumbled into the drop ship coughing violently and rubbing a their blood stained eyes.

Raven was behind them both helping them into the ship.

“Did you bring them here?” I asked as Clarke freaked out. “Raven you shouldn’t be in here.” Yet she wasn’t looking at Raven but at me. She wanted me to get her hidden meaning; she was scared I’d get sick too. I wasn’t sure though, if she was concerned for me because we were lovers or if it was jus because of me being the leader as well. I just hope we are that good of lovers for her to care for me.

“Could this be fatal?” I asked her softly as she tended to the two men who had stumbled in but that was when Derek started to puke up his own blood. Clarke seemed to freeze for a second before realizing that she had to do something but by the time she got him onto his side so the blood wouldn’t choke him, he had already stilled making My Princess pale.

Clarke reached out before looking up at me, tears shimmering in her eyes daring now to escape. “He’s dead.”

“What do you want us to do, Clarke?” I asked my face hardening as I ran a hand through my hair.

“Quarantine. Anyone Conner and Derek interacted with needs to be brought in for a check-up.”

“If this spreads through contact, we’ll be bringing in the whole camp.”

“What else can we do, Bellamy?” She asked me looking desperately for a new answer on how to stop this all but she didn’t keep my gaze much longer she looked over at Conner, who seemed to be fine compared to Derek. “Conner, who else brought Murphy in?”

He groaned instead of answering her.

“Think!” She pleaded.

“Octavia found him.” He managed to breathe out.

Dammit!

The Princess

We’ve lost around five already and that’s not including the other five or so we lost before Bellamy brought Octavia in here to get a checkup. I’ve never seen him so worried between me being sick and his sister having that possibility. But I had to make her stay or at least have Bellamy think she’s staying while I had her sneak out of camp to go see her grounder. I was hoping he could have an antidote or some way of helping us survive this. How can I stop something when I have no idea how it affects us? I mean what does this thing target? What does it destroy? How does it work?
