chapter 3: Party time

"she's up in her room"Mason,monique's father said to andriana and she went straight to Monique's room

Andriana barges in and sighted Monique on her laptop and Monique immediately closed her laptop making andriana a little curious

"What is it you're hiding from me?"she asked as she tried struggling to collect the laptop from Monique

"Stop it Andy,i don't like you trying to invade in my privacy

Andriana left the laptop then sat at the edge of the bed

"Okay whatever it is you're hiding,you can keep it to yourself cuz I thought we were friends and we'll tell each other everything but now I see we're just......."she bursted into her crocodile tears

"C'mon Andy quit acting and tell me why you've come over"I asked curiously

"Aiit then,we are hosting a party on Saturday and guess who's gonna be our special guest?"she asked with a really exciting look

"Barack Obama"I said and Andy shook her head

"Kim k"she shook her head again

"Lamar"I guessed again and she got tired this time around

"Enough guesses Monique"she said as she shook her head then continued "its none other than A.s.k "she said as she gazed up at the ceiling smiling

"A.s.k" I repeated

"He's a popular young artiste and the whole of Philly totally love him"

"So you want me to came to a party because a.s.k is coming?"I asked

"Of course yes"she said as she played with the tip of her curly hair

"First of all,what a weird nickname then second of all I ain't going nowhere"I said and stood up from my bed and kept my laptop on my study table

"What!"she opened her mouth in shock

"First of all he's nickname is not weird then she glared at me for a sec and shook her head in ignominy gesturing to me that I'm actually right.....it is a weird nickname but Andy explained it's his initials and no one actually knew what each letter meant
"But seriously you have to be present at the party,its an opportunity you don't wanna miss for anything and besides if you don't come that literally means I'll be alone"she blinked her eyes real quick like a lost puppy making me chuckle

"We all know you're not gonna be lonely,josh will be there with you"I said as I sat on the bed close to andriana

"You and I both know it's not gonna be the same as "we" she said as she wrote in the air

"Okay I'll come over to the party then"I said rolling my eyes

"Yay!"she jumped singing Pharrell Williams happy

"C'mon Andy you should go home now,its getting pretty late"I said gesturing to the clock

"I planned on having a sleepover with you"she announced

"What...."I felt a sudden impact
"Don't you like the idea?"she asked smiling

"I do but....."I hesitated as Andy's phone beeped

"Holy crap,i totally forgot I told my mom I was coming home early"she said as she tossed back her phone in her birkin then I escorted her down the stairs as I waved her goodbye

Andriana Wills has been my friend since grade school alongside with her twin brother aidan . She's the fun type of friend anyway but sometimes I'd rather not tell her any of my secrets cuz she sucked at keeping secrets and also rocked at gossiping about someone in their face which made me feel so uneasy but she also gets quite.... okay let me be honest ,she gets very emotional which is why I haven't been able to tell her that I caught Josh making out with a girl in the girls toilet,i really feel bad to break the news to her even if I know she calls her relationship with Josh "fun" I know deep down it was just a cover up.

I'm glad to have her as my friend. We ,I mean Andriana,Aidan and I could be known as " bffs"#part of the popular students in school but seriously I so didn't fancy popularity cuz that fucked my chance at getting closer to aaron. Finally I almost forgot that aidan will be coming back from his football camp and I'll get to chat him up. He seemed to be a lot better at keeping secrets.
