Chapter 16: Another proposal

Getting out of my car,walking into the school,going into the library,all eyes were on me and were literally following me everywhere I went,it was obvious that the rumor of my relationship with a.s.k had gone wild. Funny thing is I feel like I owe a.s.k something for the way he stood up for me but there was no way in hell I was gonna see him again at least not anytime soon. Finally cymphonique and her puppets approached me

"There was absolutely no need to hide the fact that you have been seeing a.s.k"she said playing with the tip of her hair

I rolled my eyes but still don't know why I didn't walk out

"I mean we would have been proud of you, you and a.s.k dating?"Ashley added

"But instead she decided to break up with ethan"Maya added

"Yeah I had to since I realized someone's pussy was getting dirty with him"I said intentionally then gave them a smile which totally got cym quite angry but she couldn't say nothing but boil in anger as I left

I bumped into aidan at the cafeteria

"Hey, what's up with you and Andy?"he asked gesturing me to take a seat

"Just a bit of misunderstanding,i hope" I said then sat

"But you aren't really a thing with a.s.k or are you?"

"No aidan,i mean I do not even know him. Whatever happened at the party was just him being nice, being a gentleman" I said defensively then took a sip of my smoothie

"I believe you and I think Andy does as well, she just can't believe you would actually hide something that huge from her"

"Yeah but you know she sucks at keeping secrets anyway?"

"Hmmmm,probably,or rather I do know"he laughed and I do as well until I heard someone call my name

It was aaron,how could he call me in front of the cafeteria

"Seems like that dude is calling you "he said signalling towards aaron

"I don't think so"I lied but what was I doing,i was doing the same thing he got pissed at me for ,I'm obviously just not ready to tarnish my image of dating a nerd

"Seriously Monique the guy is really calling you"aidan told me obviously noticing aaron

"Okay I'll just go meet him"I stood up then went to meet aaron right in front of the cafeteria where everyone in school could see me

I should have been able to tell aidan about my relationship with aaron but I couldn't really call it a relationship so I just think I would tell him about it later

"Hey love" he smiled to the side just like he always does but I was quick to take my mind off that cuz all i wanted was for him to say whatever he wants to say then I will go immediately before anyone sees us together but the worst and the best of situations just happened. He knelt down holding a rose flower with a smile on his face

"Monique chestnut be my girlfriend"

He didn't even ask,he just said it which meant we already had something going on. Everyone took pictures of this terrible moment but was best for me

"Oh my,the nerd is asking her to be his girlfriend"cymphonique laughed as do her puppets

I ignored their words and walked out leaving aaron on his kneels. I didn't know what to say so walking out was the best I could do.
