I took my books from my locker and as I closed it I saw andriana then my books fell
"Shoot,you startled me"I said pressing my hand on my chest
"I'm sorry"she apologized and picked up my books
"What's up?"
"I'm hosting a girls night in my house tonight and I want you to come"
"I'm not interested Andy"I said then slammed my locker then she put on a dire look
"Okay then, I'll just cancel it"she said making me feel panged
"You don't have to cancel it, I'll be there"I said
"Thank you thank you thank you"she said pecking me all over my face then the bell rang and we headed to class together

History was my favorite subject in fact I was more like the best student in history but today I just kept on staring at aaron and anytime he spots me staring, I'd look forward but I clearly knew he saw me cuz eventually we made eye contact
"............Miss chestnut are you with us?"
I heard my name and I realized I was caught not paying attention
"Yes?,Mr Holbrook
"I asked a question and I didn't get an answer"he said folding his hands
"Um, I'm sorry i didn't get you"I lied
Then I heard cymphonique and her group of friends
"Sir she's not paying attention cuz she's thinking about a.s.k"cymphonique said and her two puppets giggled
I rolled my eyes then Mr Holbrook was interrupted by the bell and announced his exit then andriana walked up to me
"You okay Monique?"she asked looking worried
"I'm good"I forced out my best smile
"Oh don't give me that, you've been acting all eerie since you came to school "she noted
"I'm good Andy,seriously"I said with an assuring look
"Okay,if you say so"I nodded then she continued"I gotta go home and get things ready for the girls night,it's gonna be fun"she said excitedly then left giving me a quick peck.
I sighted aaron walking down the hallway with his head phone on then decided to approach him
"Hey"
He removed the headphone then greeted me,i got lost that I just stood there dumbfounded and aaron cleared his throat
"I'm sorry,i just wanted to give you this"I said giving him his memo pad
Aaron looked shocked as he quickly grabbed the book from my hand then gazed at me
"You opened it right?"
"Of course i did,never knew you were also a a.s.k fan"
"Um.....yeah......I am an a.s.k fan,i gotta go"he said not even hearing my Good bye and just left in a hurry
"Wonder what's up with him?"I wondered and went home in my car
