" Pfft we will see about that. Hey Gina!" Greta shouted, to the front seat. " What?"She asked.
Gina a girl most of the guys liked, pretty much Greta's other half. She had a huge crush on Richie till I became his friend and everyone found out me and Richie liked each other, so now she basically despises me, but fuck it.

" I think we should put Richie to the test to see if he really likes trashy over here." Greta said. I sighed I didn't want to do it but I was in a car with a bunch of girls which I'm pretty sure all of them despised me and would kick my ass in a heartbeat.

 " Okay what's your plan?" She got super excited. "How about you try to hold Richie's hand," she stared at me, "How about you try to kiss him." Greta smirked.

I held my legs and whispered "Please don't do it." to Gina. Gina ignored me," He's probably at the arcade." How the hell would she know that, stalking much. " Stalker." I said.

" You stole him from me, you little slut!" Gina said. " He was never yours to begin with cunt muffin." I said back. Greta laughed which made Gina more angry.

When we pulled up to the arcade sure enough Richie was there. Gina got out of the car and walked in the arcade. " Fuck this shit I'm tired of all this bullshit," I pushed Greta away as I was getting out of the car and went into the arcade.

Only to see Gina leaning up against the side of the game he was playing , attempting to make conversation with him, as she was about to lean in for a kiss.

I tapped on Richie's shoulder with Gina staring me down, he turned around. " Thank fucking goodness! We hugged very tightly.

" This has been to freaking crazy ever since we got together something or someone is trying to take us apart. maybe we weren't meant to be." I said. Gina stared in shock, " I'm sorry guys." She ran outside.

" What was that about?" I looked at Richie who was in tears, " Are you actually crying?" meanwhile my eyes started watering as well. " What! No." Richie said.

 " I'm sorry I don't know if I can do this I mean we don't hang out with Ben , Mike and Stan that much anymore because were all focused on this relationship thingy. I won't lose you and you won't lose me but maybe right now just isn't the time." I said, regretting it.

" Will it ever fucking be the time! You know you probably never really did love me it was most likely only for a dare!" Richie said, now definitely in tears.

Richie ran out of the arcade and rode on his bike down the street. "Richie!! Please don't leave I'm sorry!!!" I walked home sluggish and ran up to my room." Y/n are you okay?" Mom asked.

  " Yeah. yeah I'm uh fine." I said shutting my door, put my hands behind my head and laying down on my bed staring at ceiling.

I got up and pulled out a piece of paper and a pencil from my desk to write a note for Richie tomorrow since we will be at school. "Dear Richie...I'm sorry... No....To Richie..Ugh no!" I flopped on the bed. I put my Time After Time tape by Cyndi Lauper in the cassette next to my bed.

I tried to sing it but ended up crying. I took the tape out and put in Don't Cry No more by Cyndi Lauper once again but again had to take it out because instantly thought of him and cried.

So I put in Forever young by Alphaville. I grabbed one of my pillows and held it against my chest, I still cried but I didn't feel like changing it at this point.

My mom walked in ,"Hey y/n are you sure you're okay?" She asked. "Yeah I'm okay." I sighed " You've been acting different since you have been hanging out with those kids, you know." She sat on the bed next to me.

I sighed again, " How do you know if you like someone truly or love someone?"  " Oooh who do you like? Wait is it that one kid you always hang around pretty sure his name is Richie." She poked me.

 " Haha very funny , I'm serious though things keep trying to break us apart so I told him maybe we weren't meant to be." I put my hands on my forehead.

 " If you love him and he loves you , love will find its way through it all. Now get some rest you have school tomorrow also I don't wanna keep getting calls from the school saying you skipped." She kissed my cheek and walked out the room.

Was she right? I don't all I knew was I feel things and these feelings fucking suck! I pulled the blankets over me and cut off the light. I stared at the wall for a little while tears stained my cheeks than finally decided to sleep.
