"BUT NOW, TAKE ME HOME. TAKE ME HOME WHERE I BELONG. I CAN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE." - runaway: aurora

Eleven lifted her hand slowly, her father's body lifting with it.

His hands immediately shot to his throat, desperately clawing at it, doing anything to get the oxygen flowing.

"I'm the one with the powers here, right Papa?" She asked mockingly, tilting her head to the side.

She looked at him disgustedly as her eyes narrowed.

"Y-yes," He whispered hoarsely.

"Good. You won't make me mad again, will you?"

"N-no."

"That's what I thought," She dropped her hand quickly and her father fell to the ground with a thud.

He coughed violently and looked at her with wide eyes.

"Oh, stop with the dramatics. We both know I could do much worse to you if I really wanted."

She waved him off with her hand and the sound of her footsteps echoed throughout the room.

"See you soon, Losers."

(honestly have no clue where this plotline is going but im having fun w it so)

Bill had gotten back from the hospital about a week ago. Eddie had been visiting often, keeping him up to date with what was going on. Sure, Bill didn't quite understand what a killer clown wanted with his friends, but he liked spending time with Eddie.

"H-hey, Eddie?" Bill called hesitantly, fiddling with his fingers.

"Yeah?" Eddie grinned.

"C-can w-we go to the quarry today with everyone? I miss them," Bill whispered as a frown took over his face.

Eddie was a bit unsure of whether or not to let him go as he had just gotten over an injury, but nodded nonetheless.

"Of course, Bill. Anything for you," Eddie walked outside, taking Bill by the hand.

They were quick to get to the quarry, Bill practically jumping at the sight of his friends.

"Guys!" Bill waved his free hand.

"Wow Billy boy has finally learned how to breathe again!" Richie shouted, earning a laugh from Eddie.

"Richie shut your trashmouth up! This is a special event! It's the first time we're all together since the.. uh.. clown attack."

Eddie stumbled over his words a bit, but Bill squeezed his hand lightly with a bright smile.

Richie furrowed his eyebrows.

When did that happen?

No matter when it started, he knew he didn't particularly like it. Eds was supposed to be his best friend. Was this what Eddie felt when he was with Bev?

Richie bit his lower lip in thought. He was perfectly fine worrying about Eddie and Bill until someone smacked his arm.

"Could you pay attention, you nincompoop?" Stan rolled his eyes.

"Stan, play nice," Bev hissed at the boy. Ben stifled a laugh while Mike snorted.

"Nincompoop," Richie mouthed to himself.

"It's a word. It describes you perfectly, don't worry," Stan reassured him with a light pat to his shoulder.

"As I was saying," Eddie looked pointedly at Richie, who responded with a sheepish grin.

"We need to celebrate the fact that we can be normal again, at least somewhat."

"It's taken me a bit to get over, you know, the fact that that fear stays with me all the time, but I think I'll be okay.. as long as I have you guys," Eddie sniffled.

"I love you all," Eddie said, emotion coating his small voice.

"No homo?" Richie laughed loudly and Stan shoved his head into the grass. Bev huffed with a raise of her hands. Ben shook his head at their antics. Mike was busy trying not to cry.

Screw his sensitive emotions.

"Thank you, Stan."

Little did they all know, things were differently not going back to normal any time soon.
