"My 2:00 appointments are coming in, you should go to your room honey." Karen said while fixing up the living room up.

"I suffocate in there." Luna said

"Luna, don't be dramatic. Go."

"How about I go to the dining room? I won't make a sound."

Luna keeps her word so her mom couldn't argue with her.

"Fine, not a peep." She said sternly

Luna smiled and grabbed all of her homework and padded to the dining room she got all settled in and started working on her algebra work.

She could barely focus with all the yelling and talking in the other room.

"Mrs. k, wassup? How are you?"
"Mrs. kayyyy, lookin beautiful as ever"
"Hey Mrs. k, lovely house."

Luna, being the curious girl she is has to see what's going on, of course.

I've heard karen is a successful music manger. I didn't think twice about calling her, I don't want any of the phony ass managers I've come across. So far I like her, I heard she had a daughter so she's a loving and nurturing mom. I need someone to look after and care about me.

"Okay boys, it's nice to see you again, we just need to sign some papers." She said as she pulls paperwork out of a folder.

This is a home I've always seen on tv, ya know the ones you wish you lived in? It even feels homey. Pictures cover the living room walls. I feel safe. Movement pulls me out of my trance.
