"Losin' your patience, and, girl, I don't blame you"

"I think the fuck not." My mom said as she walked through with snacks.

"Mom, really?" I said rolling my eyes.

"Karen! Language!" Landon faked surprise

She just rolls her eyes

"Mrs. k , we'll take care of her"

"Landon I trust you the least out of this group."

Landon was about to protest but then agreed.

"Mom, I'm 18. I'm a big girl I can take care of myself."

"We'll talk about this later. Boys we have a meeting so let's go."

"I wanna come." I said. I ran upstairs to get ready before my mom could say anything about it.

We all piled in the car and I sat in the front seat, of course.

We got there and stood around until we were told to sit down. The boys sat down on a couch and there was only one chair so of course I let my mom sit down.

"You can sit here." Landon said pointing to the arm of the couch, It's better than standing. I look over at Everyone but nobody seem to care. Gus was looking down at his phone not paying attention to anyone.

I sat down but there was no room for my leg to comfortably sit anywhere.

"Here" Landon said scooted over which didn't help at all but I squeezed my ass in there. Landon lifted my leg and set it on top of his leg, it was surprisingly comfortable.

"You good?" Landon asked me. I smiled.

"Yeah"

I looked over and Gus was staring at mine and Landon's legs, then our eyes met. He looked away and zoned out with his eyebrows furrowed.

Gus :(:

I knew she wouldn't want anything to do with me. I'm a piece of shit. Nothing compared to Landon. He has nothing to worry about. His mind and soul are free and I'm trapped. I guess it's a good thing she went for him because I don't want to trap her. She's pure, innocent. I don't want to ruin her.

But I'm selfish.

"Landon, Skies. Come on we have to talk to you two in here." Karen said pointing to another room.

Luna moved her leg off of Landon so he could get up. Karen stood by the door waiting for them to get in the room. As Landon walks through the door way Karen popped him in the back of the head. 

"Stay away from my daughter."

"Hey! Why don't you love me Karen?" She closed the door behind her.

Silence.

The air was thick. What do I say? I want to talk to her but my mind is completely blank. I've always been good at talking with girls but with Luna it's different. She doesn't know anything about me so it should be easy, I don't have the pressure to act like someone I'm not. Just ask her a random question Gus, fuck. What the fuck do I ask h-

"Did they hurt?" Her sweet voice pulled me out of my head. I didn't notice she was staring at me this whole time. What?

"What?"

"Your tattoos, on your face?"

"Oh, no not at all actually. I was pretty fucked up and didn't feel a thing."

"I want a tattoo."

"Really?"

"Yeah"

"Do you have something in mind?"

"Yeah kinda" She said moving closer to me on the couch.

"Like what?"

"A rose, but like just the outline. Simple."

"Roses are dope"

"Yeah so dope you put one on your face" she giggled studying my face. Our knees touched and sent electricity through my bones.

"My favorite has to be the broken heart." She said moving my hair out of the way for a better view. Her thumb ran over the tattoo and I couldn't think anymore. Her green eyes stared directly into mine then flicked down to my lips. I poked my tongue out and swiped over my lips. She looked back into my eyes and we leaned in. Her hot breath dance across my lips. She's driving me crazy.

"Karen I think you gave me a concussion." Landon said rubbing the back of his head still.

I pulled back so fast and scooted so far away from Luna as I could. She smiled innocently up at everyone. I took my phone out to not seem suspicious.

"If you keep your hands to yourself you wouldn't be catching these hands."

"Mom, you spend too much time with guys." Luna laughed like we didn't just almost kiss.

"I call the front seat!" Skies says as he runs to the car with Landon right behind him. I ran my hand through my hair and sighed.

I turned my phone off and stuck it back in my pocket.

"Get in" Skies says holding the door open for me.

"My long ass really has to sit in the middle" I say as I climb in the car. I shut up as soon as I see Luna by the window.

"Do you want to sit here?" Skies asked.

"I'll be fine"

As we're pulling out of the driveway, Luna leans on me. I know it's completely innocent but I can't help but smile. We stay like that for about twenty minutes until my arm started falling asleep. I look over at her and she has her eyes closed. I move her forward a little bit and move my arm around her. She snuggles up to me more and I lay my hand on the out side of her left thigh

"Who's hungry?" Karen asked

"Me." We all said in unison. Even Luna. I thought she was sleeping.

Luna :):

"Ay, we should like get your number, so we can hangout. Tomorrow?" Landon asked

"Yeah sounds good" I said putting my number in their phones.

Gus hands me his phone and as I type my number in he got a text message.

I gave the phone back to gus. I mean how could he not have a girlfriend?

"We'll see you tomorrow." Skies says as he pulls me in for a hug, then Landon. Do I hug Gus? I wouldn't my boyfriend hugging some girl.

He was pulling me in before I could even do anything. Fuck it. I wrapped my arms around him.

He smells so good. He pulls back and my heart does something I can't explain.

"Bye, princess." He whispers.
