I closed my eyes, but that was when I heard the gunshot. Gunshot? Oh my god.
I open my eyes and pull Jack to the ground. I turn towards the stage and see a man holding a gun in the air, white power falling from the ceiling where the bullet went through. I saw his face and my heart dropped.
S- No. It can't be.
I whispered to Jack.
S- Jayden.

Everyone in the gym was down on the ground, scared, no. Petrified.
Jayden looked directly at me.
Ja- Sammy, there you are, my beautiful princess. Stand up.
I looked at Jack, fear in my eyes.
I slowly started to stand up but jack grabbed my hand.

He whispered.
I gave him a reassuring look.

He whispered sternly.

He stood up with me, now everyone was on the ground, with Jack and I standing in the middle.

He pointed his gun towards Jack.

He fired the gun but it missed Jack and zoomed past his shoulder into the back wall.
Everyone gasped and some let out a little cry.
Ja- THAT WAS A WARNING SHOT AVERY, NOW SIT DOWN.

S- Jack, please get down.
My voice was shaky and my eyes were on the verge of tears.
Jack sat down and clenched his fists.
S- What do you want Jayden? How are you here, your supposed to be in prison.
Ja- Well if you must know, my uncle works as a prison officer, he has a different last name so they didn't know we were related. He helped me escape and now here I am.
S- What do you want from me?
