Chapter 8

"Good morning munchkin!" Diego says coming into my room where I am laying on my bed on my phone.

"Morning D." I say.

He comes over to me and lays down next to me pulling me into his arms.

"Your so pretty." He mumbles.

"So are you." I giggle making him chuckle.

"What can I say?" He asks in a girly voice.

"Your so stupid." I say looking up and into his eyes and lean my forehead against his.

His eyes flicker between my eyes and my lips a couple of times.

"Just kiss me." I whisper and he leans in and so do I and our lips touch each other and fuck it's amazing.

Kissing Diego was the best feeling in the entire world. I don't know how to explain it. No it doesn't feel like fireworks and all the cliche untrue bullshit but the second our lips connect it's like no one else exists and it's just the two of us. The kiss wasn't super short but it was sweet and not aggressive. I pull away and lay my head down on his chest listening to his heart beat.

"Your like my favorite person, you know that right." Diego says twirling the ends of my hair.

"Your one of my favorite people as well." I say with a small smile on my face as I reach over to grab the tv remote.

"All we do is watch tv. Let's go to the mall or something." Diego groans.

"I'm a broke bitch. I don't have money to be doing that." I say.

"Lemme spoil you." Diego says.

"No I don't want you buying me anything." I say.

"No, please. I want to." He says.

"Diego, I could never ask you to buy me anything." I say.

"You don't have to ask. I'm going to." He says starting to get up.

"I'm not letting you buy anything for me but I do want to go to the mall." I say getting up as well.

"But I gotta change before we leave." I say looking down at my outfit which was shorts and a zanarchy hoodie.

"Aw my clothes look so cute on you!" Diego gushes and I blush and roll my eyes.

"Get out so I can change." I say.

"No I'm pretty comfortable here." He says.

"Ugh fine, I'll change in my closet." I say walking into my walk in closet.

I look through all my jeans and decide on a pair of light wash jeans with no rips and I decide to leave Diego's hoodie on.

"Hold on, I just gotta put a little makeup on." I say.

"No you don't. Your beautiful." Diego says making me smile as I walk into my bathroom with him following me.

"Thank you but I just want to put a little mascara and chapstick on." I say as he stands behind me and wraps his arms around my waist and buddies his head into the crook of my neck.

I put on some mascara, a little concealer and chapstick. I pull my hair out of the messy ponytail it was in and brushed it out a little so it wasn't all crazy looking anymore.

"Okay, I'm ready." I say and Diego pulls away from me and smiles at me in the mirror before grabbing my hand and pulling me out of the bathroom and then out of my bedroom.

"Hey, we're going to the mall." I say to Ethan and Brielle who were sitting on the couch cuddling and watching tv.

"Can we come?" Brielle asks turning around.
