Chapter 2 / He's Harmless

"Ok Ash, I somehow was assigned to escort you everywhere you need to be while you're here. So don't act stupid because I will call security on you, don't think I won't." I said sternly while I watched Ashton and he rolled his eyes at me.

"Ash, I like it. I'm glad we have gotten to using nicknames L. It is ok if I call you L right?" He replied with that stupid smirk on his face.

"Sure, fine, whatever as long as you listen to me and do what you're told." I said as I exited the room waiting for him to follow me. He stood up and gave me an army salute. Maybe this guy was a little loopy.

I led him to the cafeteria where breakfast was being served. When I opened the door he looked around and a look of disgust arose on his face. "I'm supposed to eat with these people?" He turned around and crossed his arms.

"Every patient eats in here. There are no exceptions." I explained as I tried to push him into the cafeteria but I was no match to him.

"I like girls that are smaller than me." He said in a matter of fact tone. That stupid smirk came on his face again.

"I swear if you smirk again at me I am going to slap it right off your face." I was in no mood for his flirtatiousness. I wasn't going to allow myself to fall for him. No way was that happening.
