chapter 6 - the text

Alex's pov:

I noticed Brook passed out in my arms when we landed back home. So I placed him on our bed and called for his mum and dad. They came rushing in, what happened Alex his mum said before breaking down crying, I knew this is going to happen somepoint. I was confused, what do you mean? I said with sadness in my voice.

He is drying, the baby is making Brook I'll, it isn't human, your boyfriend might get kicked out off this world and you have to stop that from happening. And if the baby is an angel It could be getting it's baby wings inside of Brook which could explain why he keeps passing out all the time, it could be the death of Brook but we have to save them both, his mum said worriedly.

I agree I spoke before making my boyfriend comfortable. I got on bed with Brook as I cuddled into him, making sure he was alright. I was thinking off a way to save Brook and the baby before its too late.

After half an hour, I heard a little cry coming from Brook, as I looked beside me to see him cuddled up to my hoodie. It smelled of me which makes Brook feel safe also so he could sleep.

I sat up in bed pulling Brook closer to my body so he could feel I was still here and always will. I heard Brook stop crying and relaxed at my touch. As I placed one hand on his back and the other hand grabbed Brook's phone, I knew his password, it was AlexandBrook🐦🐼 and it unlocked.

I pressed on the group chat for Brooks friends.

* I heard Brook say, he wants to talk to them.* so I gave him his phone as I helped him hold it.

🐼- hey guys, I'm fine, but I can't move at the moment, my body is numb and Alex is looking after me.

*I got my own phone and Brook added me to the group chat*

🐦 - Don't worry guys, I will be with him 24/7 I won't let anything happen to him, I promise.

🐝 - I miss you Brook, I can't wait to see you tomorrow

🐼- Rye I just want to tell you that any guy that turns you down is a complete idiot, I hope you realize that. If anyone ever hurts you, I will destroy them. You have no idea how beautiful you are.

🐴 - for you Brook: Certain things happen in a certain way at a certain time and place for a certain reason. And sometimes, God brings certain people into our lives for a purpose, but whatever reasons He had in mind for making our path cross and bringing us together, I don’t really care, because I’m honored and grateful that He did. I love you always, my dearest friend.

🐝- No matter where life takes us, I will always be your best friend Brook. I will be there when you need someone to talk to, whether you’re depressed or sad. I’ll be there when you want company through a long, lonely day. I will be by your side through thick and thin, in sickness and in health because you’re my best friend and I cherish you so much.
