''Hana?'' Kuro asks and I hear his footsteps coming towards my room. I get up and walk to the door. ''I'm coming.'' I say and he stops. ''Alright. I was getting worried.'' He replies as I open the door to see him standing there with his black hair combed, a white buttoned shirt, skinny jeans, and a cross necklace. ''Food is almost ready.'' He says smiling. '' I want to take a shower.'' I tell him and he nods. ''Alright, don't get hurt. Are you okay?'' He asks. ''Well, I am still very weak.'' I tell him and he nods with concern. ''Hmm, okay.'' He replies and he walks away. I shut the door and jump in the shower.

After my shower I put on a dark purple shirt and black leggings. I look at myself in the mirror and smile, because my shirt is the exact color of Shinku's hair. Then I put on my pendant and head towards the kitchen. Kuro is putting down two plates off eggs and bacon with potatoes. ''Smells great!'' I say taking a seat in one of the chairs. He sits down next to me and we start eating our food. ''So-'' I am interrupted by my phone ringing. ''I'm sorry. I'll be back.'' I say and I get up and walk into my room. I pick up the phone. ''Hello?'' I ask. ''It's just me.'' I hear Shinku say from the other line. ''You weren't at school. Are you alright?'' He asks with concern. ''No, to be honest I don't know what's going on.'' I say and he goes silent. ''I looked at the moon, but it happened to be a different moon. My mother never let me go outside or look at the sky on certain days. And now... I have a guess why.'' I tell him.

''What happened?'' He asks and I pause. ''Well, I was basically paralyzed and in a trance and Kuro had to block me from the moon. But when I was looking at the moon, I felt myself becoming a vampire. Somehow it took away a lot of my energy and I became very weak. I was passed out for a whole day and right now I can barley walk into my room. I feel so numb and weak and Kuro is very concerned..... I don't know what's happening Shinku.'' I tell him and I hear him sigh. ''I know what's happening.'' He says and I stop. ''What? What is happening, tell me!'' I say. ''Stay there I am coming.'' He says and before I can answer him, he hangs up. I get up and walk into the kitchen holding on to everything as I go. The room seems like it's spinning and my throat burns.

'Kuro!'' I yell and he comes rushing towards me from the kitchen. ''I can't keep walking.'' I say and he nods carefully picking me up. ''Where do you want to go?'' He asks and I point over towards the living room, because it's closest to the door. ''The couch.'' I tell him and he walks me over towards the couch and lays me so that I can sit up. ''Who called you?'' He asks sitting beside me and I scoot over closer to him, laying my head on his shoulder. ''Please don't get mad.'' I say. ''It was Shinku, wasn't it?'' He asks looking down at me. ''Yes, but he knows what is happening to me! He can help me.'' I say waiting for a response. ''He is coming over.'' I soon reply and Kuro frowns. ''I will do anything to keep you safe. And if Shinku can help you, I will let him.'' He says and I smile. ''Thank you!'' I say giving him a weak hug. ''No need to thank me.'' He replies.

We wait in silence for what seems like forever. My hand rests upon his chest and my head lays on his shoulder. Soon I feel a presence by the door. ''He is here.'' I say and he questions my consciousness, walking up to the door. ''I don't thi-'' He goes to say, but then there is a knock. ''Never mind.'' He says and quickly answers. ''Hello, Kuro.'' Shinku says and Kuro glances over towards me, I smile. ''Hello Shinku.'' He replies shaking his hand. Shinku looks over at me and smiles making me smile. He then walks over towards me and holds his hand out, I take it and he goes to help me up. ''Shinku, I don't think I ca-'' I go to say. ''You need to walk. You MUST walk.'' He replies and I nod letting him lift me up. I hold onto his arms as I find my balance.

''So, what exactly is happening to her?'' Kuro asks Shinku, locking the door. ''Nothing too serious.'' Shinku replies and Kuro frowns. ''What do you mean?! She can't even walk!'' Kuro says agitated and Shinku chuckles. ''The moon triggered her becoming of a vampire. Any longer, the vampire side would have taken over. Thanks to you, though, she is still a human. Weak, but human.'' Shinku says making me walk a little more. ''So why is she so weak?'' Kuro asks walking towards us. ''Her human energy was driven out of her, from the moon. All of her energy was stolen and was attempted to be used as a vampire.'' Shinku says looking down at me. Kuro's frown goes away.
