"Seems we have an audience," Saber said, Raven hadn't heard them enter but when she turned around plates in each of her hands and there they were. The kitchen on Aces ship seemed even smaller when nearly all his crew was waiting just over the counter for food.
"Hungry?" She asked them smiling, they all moved at the same time. Rushing to take seats at the table. Saber helped her get plates to all the crew. As she was placing the last plate on the table she saw Ace in the doorway. She looked away from him and went back to the stove to fill a platter of food.
Ace slowly entered the kitchen, everyone was already seated and eating. He sat at the head of the table and Raven set the platter in front of him without a word, before going to start on the dishes. She could feel his eyes watching her cautiously.
"How come she gets keys?" Ace asked Saber with his mouth full. Saber was sitting next to him, Ace was eating the food by the handful barely stopping to breath. "Because she knows how to cook." Saber said bluntly, "I know how to cook." Ace argued, Saber only raised an eyebrow as the whole crew tried to stifle laughter.
"I can," Ace said defended himself. They all started arguing at the same time, only stopping when they heard a new voice in the mix. They all stopped and turned Raven was sitting on the clean counter laughing, her soft laughter though like chiming bells seemed to almost echo in the room like a cannon. Everyone stopped to stare at her, well all except Ace who had gone back to eating.
"I like you guys, you're interesting," Raven said jumping down locking the fridge and leaving.

The deck was only lit by the moonlight Saber stood at the wheel guiding the ship through the calm water. The only sound in the darkness was a soft swoosh of air coming form where Raven as she kicked and punched the air over and over again. Saber watched her out of the corner of his eye, and smiled as Ace appeared on deck with her.
"What are you doing?" Ace asked, "Training," she said, "Why?" Ace asked, "Because I need to get stronger." Raven told him, "I meant why now it's the middle of the night?" Ace clarified, Raven didn't stop practicing as they talked.
"When should I fight? When you're all loitering about on deck. Why don't you train at all?" Raven asked, "Why would I do that? I'm already super strong." Ace said, "Oh really, fight me then?" Raven said turning to him.
Ace's eyebrow raised as she turned to him fists raised.
"I think not?" He said, "Why? Because I'm a girl," Raven mocked still smiling. "No because I'm tired and it wouldn't be a fair fight." Ace leaned on the railing of the deck as he spoke. "Why do you care so much?" Raven asked, her voice so calm it surprised him, she looked at him her hands falling to her sides.
"What do you mean?" Ace asked confuse, "You told me not to interfere, why do you care if I interfere with your mission?" Raven asked, "Because it's my mission," Ace said, "I thought you didn't like White-Beard, why did you take his mission?" Raven scoffed, "Do you really want to know?" Ace asked, "I would have asked if I didn't want to know." Raven pointed out, and he looked away.
"He said he'd fight me if I did this thing for him." Ace explained, "Nope, wrong answer." Raven said, "What do you mean?" Ace asked sounding slightly annoyed, she walked over to him and leaned down to grab the bottle of water that sat next to him.
"You don't strike me as the kind of guy to fallow orders." Raven said, "I'm not, as I said he agreed to fight me." Ace told her, "From what I hear you fight him everyday." Raven said taking a drink.
"Those don't count." Ace said slowly, his eyes narrowing, "How many times, have you lost?" Raven asked, "That's not important." He said standing straighter.
"A lot then." Raven said taking off the tape from her hands as she leaned on the railing next to him. "Why is it so important to you?" He asked looking at her a small smile on his face. "Just curious," Raven said with a smirk before turning and walking away.
"Why is it so important?" Ace asked again, "Goodnight Ace," Raven said not turning back.
"That girl is a question wrapped in an enigma," Saber said from his post as soon as the door closed behind her. "You got that right," Ace said glaring after her. "You do realize she just went into your quarters right?" Saber asked, Ace rushed over to the door and found it locked. He banged on the door nothing.
"Not that it should matter since you always end up sleeping outside, right?" Saber laughed, Aces hand flamed for a second then went out. He turned away from the door and climbed the rigging to the crows nest. Saber watched with a smile.

The sun was just coming over the horizon as Ace's crew came out of the lower decks rubbing their eye's. They weren't used to being up so early but couldn't resist the smell of bacon and pancakes that wafted from the kitchen. They moved slowing to the kitchen practically flying as they followed the smell to find Raven in the kitchen again. They all filed into the kitchen eagerly waiting as they watched her from the table. Raven smiled upon hearing them and almost seemed to dance as she moved around the room, placing full plates on the table.
They ate and practically melted into their seats. No one said a word the entire time they sat there. Their mouths to full to speak. If they could they would have talked about how she was wearing one of Ace's shirts. Though they did share glanceses about it.
When they were all done they even helped clean. As so as they were done they went about their work, getting ready to go ashore as soon as they could. Raven looked bored as she was left with nothing to do, she watched as Saber ordered the crew around.
He caught her glancing up at Ace once in a while, Ace was sitting atop the ship looking out to sea. Raven eventually moved to sit on the bow of the ship eyes closed listening to the world around her. Everything was so calm that when Ace yelled, "Land ho!" From the crows nest making Raven nearly fall off the ship in surprise. Thankfully everyone had been to preoccupied to see it. She straighten her shirt and climbed the rigging to get a better look. Sure enough there was the glimmer of an island in the distance. Raven watched as the crew got ready.
