Chapter 2: Party

~YANGS POV~

I was glad Chase decided to come to the party that night, me might've been able to get back to who he used to be before the incident.

It was the night and I was getting ready....and by ready, I mean getting alcohol from a club and putting it in my bag.

"Where are you going?" I heard Ruby ask, I quickly zipped up my bag and looked at her, surprised that she was still awake.

"Oh, just out to a party, that's all." I told her, she immediately got excited.

"Ooo! Can I come too!?" She asked, still excited, I was sceptical, but eventually caved at her puppy eyes....damn things.

"Alright Fine, you can come." I told her, she was even happier at this and started jumping up and down in excitement.

"Yay! I'm going to a party with Yang!" She said happily, I quickly shushed her as to not wake the others.

"Ruby, don't wake the others!" I whispered, she then stopped jumping, but kept smiling.

"So when's the party?" She whispered back, I grabbed my Scroll and checked the time, 8:30.

"30 minutes, if you want to bring anything, grab it now." I told her, she nodded quickly and started gabbing a couple things, mainly her cookie jar.

"Hey, is there any chance that Chase is going?" I heard her ask, I turned around and saw her just looking at me.

"Why are you asking?" I asked calmly, she just shrugged.

"I dunno, I've just seen him so upset for the last few months, and given that he was always a party person, I though I should ask." She answered, and obviously, I believed it, my little sister wasn't a liar.

"Yes, he will be there, I spoke to him earlier today about it." I told her, she nodded and grabbed a few other things, like her Scroll and her headphones, just in case.

A few moments later, a quiet knock was heard, obviously to not wake anyone up, but for anyone that was awake to hear it.

I walked over and opened it, seeing Chase on the other side.

"Hey Chase." I said with a smile, it was no secret that I slightly liked him, the people that knew made it out to be a bigger deal than it was, I mean, they say I wanna marry him but for real, I just wanted to date him and see where it went, I did like him, don't get me wrong, but I would settle for the friendzone.

"Hey Yang. Are we going?" He asked, I looked back at Ruby to see that she was ready, so I looked at Chase.

"Yep, just follow me, same with you Rubes." I told them, I grabbed by bag and walked out of the room, they followed close behind.

After a couple of minutes of walking, we got to where the party was, which was Coco Adels dorm, we could already hear the music from outside.

"Alright, let's go in." I told the other two. I knocked on the door loudly so that it could be heard over the music. A moment later, Coco opened the door.

"Hey! It's Yang! And she brought guests! Come on in, it's great in here!" She told us with a cup in her hand. We walked in and saw that there were quite a few people in there.

"Wow, you've really outdone yourself this time Coco." I told her, she walked beside me and put an arm over my shoulders.

"Yeah well, my teammates skipped town and I decided to have some fun, come on!" She told me while taking my hand and leading me somewhere.

~CHASES POV~

Yang was gone. Great. I went to look at Ruby, but she wasn't there either.

"Wonderful." I said to myself as I went to the closest keg, considering I was a third year, I was allowed to drink alcohol, so when I got to the keg, I saw that there were also bottles, so I took one of those and opened it with my teeth.
