  "Bree are you excited for the Zombie Mash tomorrow?" I ask my BFF. We're currently walking to my house, since Zed has football practice today and Bonzo has music class the two of us have decided to have a girls night. We invited Eliza but she and Bucky were going on a date. Which is probably why he cut cheer practice short. Bree's been wanting to go to a Zombie Mash since like forever so when Zed told me about the one tomorrow night, I had to invite her. I'm actually surprised Bonzo didn't beat me to it. "Oh you know it, but quick question. What do I wear?" Bree asks me. "Whatever you want, there's not a dress code or anything silly." I reply. "Well what did you wear to your first Zombie Mash?" Bree asks me. "Well back when everything was always boring and 'normal' I wore a pink striped shirt, pink skinny jeans and a pink jacket. But now things have changed so wear something fun and unique." I say. "Yeah? What if I wore those jean shorts I bought last weekend with my red, floral tank top and jean jacket? Oh and my gladiator sandals. That would look cute right?" Bree asks. "Totally adorable. I could wear my black cut off shorts with that electric blue cold shoulder blouse I bought the other day and some black flats." I say.
"Yeah that would look pretty cute." Bree agrees. "Great so we know what we're wearing." I say, opening the door to my house. My parents aren't home yet. "Well it looks like my mom and dad are still at work so what do you want to do for dinner?" I ask. "Mmm how about pizza? That sounds good right?" Bree suggests. "Yeah. Half Canadian bacon and pineapple,  half pepperoni?" I ask, putting my backpack on the counter and taking out my phone. "Perfect." Bree agrees. After calling in the order, Bree and I head up to my room. "So I'm gonna take a shower real quick, practice left me sweaty today and I feel all gross. Here take this in case the pizza gets here before I get out." I say, handing her $10. "Okay, I'll just sit here and look through my latest copy of Seventeen Magazine." Bree says. I grab my pajamas and head to my bathroom. Before I get in the shower I take out my iPod and put it on shuffle. I don't realize I'm singing until Bree knocks on the door. "Addy, I'm sorry to interrupt your singing performance but the pizza is here!" She calls from the other side of the door. "Okay thanks I'm almost done." I say. After getting out of the shower, I quickly towel off before putting on my pajamas, which consist of a pair of hot pink silk shorts and a black tank top. I decide to wrap my hair in my towel and pile it on my head. "Hey, I like your hair." Bree says smirking. "I know right very chic." I joke back. "Where's the pizza?" I ask, mouth watering. "Downstairs, I didn't want to eat without you." Bree replies.
"Thanks Bree but next time just go ahead and dig in." I tell her. "Okay. I'll go grab it from downstairs." Bree says. A few minutes later she's back with the pizza and two bottles of Mountain Dew.
"Ah a perfect meal." I say, smiling. "I know right, I saw the soda in your fridge and figured they'd go great with this pizza." Bree says. "You're a genius." I say. "That I am, that I am." Bree says doing a fake bow.  Together the two of us eat the pizza until there are only two slices left. "Oh my goodness I'm so full." Bree says. "I know right, I don't think I can move." I say. "Well I'm gonna take a shower while you try to get over your food coma." Bree says gathering her things and heading to the bathroom. "Okay I'll be here." I say as she shuts the door. My phone starts to ring and I know it's Zed because of the ringtone. "Hey." I say answering the phone. "Hey what are you doing?" Zed asks. " I just got done eating pizza now I'm laying on my bed with a full stomach. What are you doing?" I ask. "Coach just released us from practice." Zed says. I look at the clock. "It's like 7:00 why'd he keep you all so late?" I ask. "I don't know, but I'm starving. Are your parents home?" He asks. "No why?" I ask. "Because I was hoping to get some alone time with my hot girlfriend." Zed answers and I can hear the smirk in his voice. I'm blushing and he knows it. "Yeah well that's not gonna happen." I tell him. "And just why not?" Zed asks. "Because Bree is here. We're having a girls night remember." I remind him. "Well what's she doing right now?" Zed asks. "Right now she's in the shower." I reply. "How long do you think she's going to be in there?" He asks. "My my you're just full of question tonight aren't you? Anyways she's been in there for like 15 minutes." I reply. "I can be at your house in like five minutes we can make out for ten and then I can leave before Bree even gets out of the shower." Zed flirts. "Hmm as tempting as that is I'm gonna have to pass. Besides my parents could come home at anytime. And I'll see you tomorrow." I answer. "But tomorrow is so far away." Zed whines. "I thought I was supposed to be the clingy one in this relationship." I say. I notice Bree come out of the bathroom in fuzzy pants and a blue tank top. "Addy be serious, just think about it for a minute." Zed says. Bree sits by me on my bed. "No Zed you are not sneaking into my house so we can make out, besides Bree just got out of the shower." I say rolling my eyes. Bree giggles. "Hey what's Bree laughing about?" Zed asks. "Oh you heard that? She was just laughing at me." I tell him. "Hmm I'm not sure I believe you." Zed says. "Well that's your decision now I've gotta go. I'm having a girls night with Bree remember." I tell him. "Do you have too?" Zed asks. "Yes, I'll see you tomorrow goodnight, I love you." I say. "Wait will you at least tell me what you're wearing?" Zed asks. "Goodnight Zed. "Fine goodnight I love you." Zed says. "Love you too. Bye." I say. "Bye." He says. I hang up the phone and turn to Bree. "Sorry about that, Zed can be so ornery sometimes." I say. "No worries, I know what that's like. Bonzo can be the same way." Bree replies. "Yeah but is that with all guys or just our zombie boys?" I ask. "Now that's the million dollar question. We could ask Eliza if Bucky acts the same way." Bree suggests. "Yeah no thanks I don't need to know that much about my cousins personal life." I say. "Yeah. Hey you wanna watch a movie?" Bree asks. "Yeah how about The Vow." I suggest. "Yeah I do love me some Channing Tatum." Bree agrees. Our original plan was to watch one movie but we ended up watching like five, I woke up in the middle of the night to turn off the TV. Before I went back to sleep I saw a text message from Zed, that he must've sent earlier.
