My Love For You (A Hakeem Lyon Love Story)

Hakeems POV

The girls and I have been in Hawaii for a while, just to get away from all the drama back in New York and just relax. We're on the beach and Im laying on my beach towel as I watch Angel and Bree play in the water. I can't  help but think about what mom told me about dad on our way here. I hope that he's ok. My thoughts were soon broken by Angel straddling me, making me wrap my arms around  her thick body.

Me: What's wrong baby? *looks at her*

Angel: *sighs* still thinking about dad and Andre to be honest with you

Angel looks down and I tilt her head up gently to make look at me.

Me: I know baby... I'm pretty sure mom has everything under control *smiles* and once we get back tomorrow

Angel: You're right *smiles* it was nice of you to take our family on this trip to Hawaii baby

I smile and kiss Angels hand

Me: Anything for my girls *smiling*

Our daughter, Bree comes over to us and I pull both of my girls into a big tight hug. I'll do anything to keep them safe and happy.

Angel: Damn Hakeem hold on

Bree:  I cant breath

I laugh and let them go.

Me: I love you girls *smiling*

Angel and Bree: love you too *smiles*

Angel and Bree both plant a kiss on my cheek. The sun starts to go down as I pick up my daughter and take my sister wifes hand and we start walking to our beach house.

Angels POV

Being in  Hawaii for a while with my family was really fun and relaxing. Even though we have a lot of stuff back at home, We came to relax and enjoy time together. As I'm cooking dinner, I feel a pair of arms wrap around me. I smile knowing its Hakeem.

Me: Did You finish setting the table with Bree?

Hakeem: Done baby *smiles and kisses my neck*

I giggle and turn to him.

Me: Thanks baby *smiles*

Hakeem lays his head on mine smiling at me. I smile back.

Hakeem: is it too early to ask for dessert? *smiles*

Me: mhm nasty

I kiss Hakeem on the cheek and fixes the plates for us. We sit together, say grace, and eat.  After we ate, I put Bree to bed and kiss her goodnight and head to Hakeem and Is room seeing Hakeem coming out of the shower with just a towel on. I bite my lip looking away

Hakeem: *smirks* what you lookin away for?

Me: No reason *looking out the window*

Hakeem walks over to me and turns my head to make me look at him.

Hakeem: I dont see why you looking away *smiles* you should be used to it by now baby

Me: Oh I am *smiles* it's the fact that your in a towel

Hakeem wraps his arms around me.

Hakeem: get use to it *smiles*

I laugh and hug him. Hakeem picks me up making me wrap my legs around his waist, as i look at him.

Me: ni**a really? *raises eyebrow*

Hakeem: chill out...ready to go home tomorrow morning? *smiles*

I nod.

Me: Coming back from Hawaii just to pick up where we left off back in New York

Hakeem: exactly

Hakeem kisses my hand making me smile a little.

Hakeem: now relax *kisses me* and let me love you

Me: I love you Hakeem

Hakeem:  I love you too Angel

We kiss each other softly and make love, getting rid of all of my troubles until we head home tomorrow.
