George imagine
Era: 1969

(Y/N: Your name; Y/D/N: Your daughter's name)

You came home from your sister's house to find your husband George asleep on the couch with your toddler in his arms, who was asleep as well. You smiled at the adorable sight before walking up to George and kissed him.

" 'ello love," he said before returning the kiss.
"Hi Georgie," you said.
"Mummy," your daughter said excitedly while hugging you.
"Hi Y/D/N. Did you have fun with your daddy today," you said.
"Yeah! I helped daddy give the dog a bath, but it got water everywhere and on the both of us," she said while laughing.
You and George giggled a bit.
"It did! What else did you do today," you said.
"I helped daddy write a song," she said.
"You did! You mean she helped you finish that song you wrote for her when we found out I was pregnant with her," you said.
"Yes she did Y/N. It was a long three years, but it was worth it to get it finished," he told you before kissing your forehead.
"Mummy! Daddy! Can we go swim," your daughter asked you and her look-alike father.
"How about we all go for a swim after your mummy and I make dinner. Daddy is starving," George said.
"Okay daddy," your daughter said.
"I'll go get dinner ready George," you said while giving him a kiss on the cheek before heading into the kitchen.

George kneeled down to your daughter's height and said, "Y/D/N why don't you go play in your room right now, and your mummy and I will come get you when dinner is ready."
"Okay daddy," she said.

After George made his way into the kitchen, he wrapped his arms around your waist and kissed you.
"I can't believe Y/D/N is already three," you said while returning the kiss.
"I know love. It feels like yesterday I held her in me arms for the first time. You know I won't be happy when she has her first boyfriend," he told you.
You let out a small giggle and said, "It'll be a long time until she gets her first boyfriend Geo."
"I know Y/N," he said before placing a soft passionate kiss on your lips.
"You know my parents weren't ready for me to date you when we met, even though we were both twenty-one," you said.
"Was it because I was a Beatle, or that they didn't like the band," he asked you.
"No. It's because they were being a bit overprotective. Do you remember the day we met," you said.
"Yeah. I remember that day. We were on the set of A Hard Day's Night," he said.
"I had only one line with Paul and after the cameras stopped, you came up to me and kissed me," you told him.
"And we've been together ever since," he said while kissing you.
"Well, dinner is ready," you said before returning the kiss.
"Can you go get Y/D/N," he asked you.
"Yeah," you said.

After the three of you ate, George went upstairs to get his guitar and you headed outside. You got into your backyard pool with your daughter and said, "Come on George. Get in. Water won't kill you."
"Let me get this chord right and then I'll get in," he told you.
Then he sat his guitar down, got into the pool, and swam close to you.
"Mummy how did you and daddy meet," your daughter asked you.
"When we met in 1964, your father was already famous since he was in the Beatles, and I had gotten a small role in the movie your father was in," you told her.
"What movie was it daddy," she asked.
"It was A Hard Day's Night. Your mummy and I ran into each other accidentally, and we quickly became friends," George told her.
"Then one thing led to another, your daddy and I dated and eventually got married in 1966," you said.
"And then we had you a few months later," George said while tickling her.
Your daughter let out a small yawn and laid her head on your shoulder.
"Let's get you to bed Y/D/N," you said.

You carried her to her room, and George followed carrying his guitar.

Once you tucked your daughter in, she said "Daddy can you sing the song you wrote for me?"
"Yeah," he said.

Then, George picked up his guitar and started singing:
Here comes the sun do do do do
Here comes the sun
And I say
It's alright.
Little darling,
It's been a long, cold, lonely winter
Little darling,
It feels like years since it's been here.
Here comes the sun do do do do
Here comes the sun
And I say
It's alright.
Little darling,
The smiles returning to the faces
Little darling,
It seems like years since it's been here.
Here comes the sun do do do do
Here comes the sun
And I say
It's alright.
Sun sun sun
Here it comes
Sun sun sun
Here it comes
Sun sun sun
Here it comes
Sun sun sun
Here it comes
Sun sun sun
Here it comes
Little darling,
I feel that ice is slowly melting
Little darling,
It seems like years since it's been clear
But here comes the sun do do do do
Here comes the sun
And I say
It's alright.
Here comes the sun do do do do
Here comes the sun
It's alright.
It's alright.

Once she was asleep, the two of you made it back to your bedroom.
"You know earlier today she told me that she wanted a little sister to play with," George said.
"She said this, or do you want another baby Georgie," you asked him.
"She came up to me and said that to me. But I wouldn't mind having another baby. It was fun making them," he said while smiling.
"I know," you said.
"Admit it Y/N. You want another baby too," he said.
"Oh what the hell! Let's make another baby," you said while placing a passionate kiss on his lips.
