Ringo imagine
Era: 1963

(Y/N: Your Name)

You were at the recording studio watching your best friend Ringo, your brother Paul, and their band the Beatles record songs for their latest album, With The Beatles.
"Let's record 'I Wanna Be Your Man'. Ready Ringo," George said.
"Ready as I'll ever be George," Ringo said.
Then, Ringo started singing:
I wanna be your lover baby ,
I wanna be your man.
I wanna be your lover baby,
I wanna be your man.
Love you like no other baby,
Like no other can.
Love you like no other baby,
Like no other can.

As Ringo kept on singing, he was looking at you the whole time.
After they were done recording for the day you said, "Ringo why were you starin' at me while you were singin'," you asked him.
"I'll tell you later. Okay," he answered.
"Okay," you said.
You left the room for a few minutes, and John, Paul, and George went up to Ringo and started teasing him.

"Sounds like Ringo has a crush on me little sister," Paul said.
"I do not," Ringo told him while blushing.
"It's obvious Rings. You're blushin' right now," George said.
"I don't have a crush on her," Ringo told George.
"It seems like you do son," John said to him.
"How many times am I gonna have to tell you that I don't have a crush on Y/N! I mean it," Ringo yelled.
"You do have a crush on her," John said.
"Do not," Ringo said.
"Do too," George said.
"Do not," Ringo said.
After five minutes of fighting, you came back into the room when Ringo said, "I don't have a crush on her!"
"What are you lads fightin' about," you asked.
"Ringo over here won't tell us who he has a crush on," George said.
"Really. That's what you're fightin' about. The four of you are actin' like teenage girls," you said while laughing.
"What do you mean by that Y/N," John asked you.
"Teenage girls usually fight each other over a guy that they like, or they force each other to admit who they have a crush on," you told him.
"Oh," Paul said.
"Paulie can I ask you somethin'," you said.
"Anythin' for me little sister," Paul said.
"Did you steal my mascara again," you asked.
"No I didn't," Paul answered.
"Y/N what do you mean by 'again' exactly," George asked.
"I saw him steal it once when we were teenagers," you said.
"Oh," George said.
"But did you steal it? I'm not jokin' Paul," you tell Paul.
"No, I didn't Y/N," Paul said.
"Stop lying to me James," you yelled.
You only call Paul 'James' when you're mad at him.
"Y/N McCartney! Stop accusin' me for something that I did not do! You've been doin' that since we were little kids," Paul yelled.
Paul only calls you by your full name when he's mad at you.
"Paul I can tell when you're lyin'. Just tell me the truth. I won't be mad at you. I promise," you tell him.
"Okay. I took it! I hope you're happy," Paul told you.
"I never want you to touch my makeup again," you said to him.
"Deal," Paul said while hugging you.

After recording a few more songs, they were done recording for the day. Ringo offered to take you out to lunch and you went with him. You didn't know that he was going to tell you that he had a crush on you.
You wanted to tell him the same thing, but didn't think he felt the same way.
After the two of you ate, Ringo gave you a ride home. The both of you were talking on your front porch, and didn't notice Paul in the living room, since the window was open.
"Y/N can we talk about earlier," Ringo asked you.
"Sure," you said.
"I wanted to tell you this," he said before he kissed you.
You kissed him back and said, "I love you Ringo."
"I love you too, Y/N," he said before kissing you again.
The kiss lasted about five minutes, until Paul came outside and saw what was happening.
"Ringo what are you doin' with me little sister," Paul yelled.
"Please don't be mad at me Paul," Ringo said.
"Paul I love him. You can't tell me who I can and can't date! Stop tryin' to be like dad," you yelled at Paul.
"I'm sorry for actin' like dad. You're me little sister Y/N, and I'm worried about you," Paul said while hugging you.
"Thanks Paulie," you tell him.
"Ringo take good care of her. I mean it," Paul told Ringo.
"Don't worry Paul. Y/N's safe with me," Ringo said.
Paul would still be protective of you throughout the years, and when he met Linda you were a little protective of him.

I hope this wasn't bad.
Remember peace and love. -Abby
