All I remember is the fall. It hurt for a second, but then I passed out.
When I woke up, Grayson was carrying me to the car. I remember him holding me like a bride. I had opened my eyes and saw the way he looked at me.
He looked so worried, almost as if I were dying.
That's all I could remember. I blanked out again until we arrived at the hospital where I was put into a wheel chair.
Grayson sat in a chair that was next to my bed. Ethan was on his phone, Violet was standing beside my bed, and Chase was waiting for our parents outside the room.
The door opens and my parents come rushing in. "Honey," my mom frowns, "Are you okay?" She examines my face.
My dad looked like he was ready to fight someone. "Who did this?" He asks.
I look at Chase and Ethan, who both look away and act innocent.
"No one, Dad," I sigh. "The doctor said someone dropped you, based on the story he was told."
I'm about to spit out who it was, but I wanted to test the boys and see how long it would take them to plead guilty.
"It was me," I hear. I turn my head and see Grayson look up at my parents. My dads face eases and he sighs.
"Come with me," he calmly says and gestures him to leave the room.
Everyone in the room remains silent and I can hear the conversation between my parents and Grayson.
"We're pressing charges, just so you know. We understand it was an accident, but she's hurt. You forced her into the pool and we weren't there to stop you, so this is not our fault," my dad explains.
"Are you fucking kidding me," I put my hands to my face. I look up at Ethan and Chase.
"Seriously?!" They finally look at me.
"What?" Chase shrugs. I clench my jaw and sigh.
My parents come back into the room, followed by Grayson. "You guys can leave now," my dad says to the twins and Violet.
"Okay," Ethan says and leaves right away. Asshole.
"I'll see you tomorrow," Grayson says before leaving the room. "Nice meeting you," Grayson says to my dad and puts out his hand.
My dad furrows his eyebrows but accepts his hand shake.
"Now that's a real man," my mom says after they have left the room.

Having a concussion was a little different, but nothing life changing.
Everyone was louder and I was more sensitive to the sun when I was outside.
I wanted to take a nap in algebra, but that's not the greatest choice if I'm being honest.
The bell rings and I cringe due to how loud it was to me.
Grayson comes rushing into the classroom, knowing he's late.
"Hey, Grayson," Scarlett calls out. He avoids her and walks over to his seat.
"Hey," he says.
I sigh and lean over to get some things out of my backpack. "Um," he continues, "how are you doing?"
"I'm not talking to you," I say as I set my notebook on my desk.
"You just did," he smirks. I try to keep a straight face, but I couldn't.
"Shut up," I blush.
"I'm sorry about what happened," he says.
"You should be. You took the blame, which was so shitty. You shouldn't have done that. You didn't even do anything."
"Good morning, class. I hope you're all doing great today! Pencils out, I'm talking to you, Dolan. Test time!"
A test? I'm concussed! I can't take this!
"Shit," I groan and put my palms to my eyes.
"What?" Grayson furrows his eyebrows.
"I can't take it," I shake my head. "Just copy mine," he shrugs.
"Are you even good at math?"
"No," he chuckles.
Mr. Carpipabichi places our tests in front of us and gives me a look. "Why do you look so sad?" He asks.
"I'm not...? I have a concussion."
"Oh my! I'm so sorry, Chloe. Would you like to take your test another time?"
"Wait, really?" My eyes open wide.
"Of course!"
"Thank you," I say in relief.
"You one lucky bitch," Grayson mutters as he writes his name.
I giggle and take out my phone.
Scarlett: How'd you get that concussion? Did you and gray fuck soooo hard that you hit your head against his headboard? Been there, done that LOL
My heart stops for a second as I realize they've dated before.
"Hey," Grayson startles me. "Y-yeah?"
"Are you still down to hang out this weekend?"
"Maybe if I feel better," I smirk. I'm loving the 'dating advice' Violet gave me.
He shakes his head and lets out a small laugh.
