I open the front door and see Violet standing there with a panicked expression. "Hey," I furrow my eyebrows.
"I don't know what to do," she walks in. "What do you mean? About Allison's pregnancy? You don't have to worry about that," I close the door.
"I'm pregnant," she sighs. I lose all control of my breathing and my heart beats at an unsteady pace. "W-what?"
"Ethan is the father and he doesn't wanna believe it, so he left."
"Left?"
"Left the state, I think. He won't return my calls or anything," she says. Tears go down her face, and it looks like she's having a hard time breathing.
"I-I can't believe this," I say in shock. "I don't know what to do, Chloe. My mom is going to kill me!"
"I can't do this. Not now," I open the front door and take off running. I wasn't sure where I was going, but I guess I'll see where this road takes me.

I didn't get very far. I only got to Adrianna's house. She knew everything that was going on, so hopefully she'd be supportive.
I knock three times on the door, and I didn't even have to wait a minute for her to open the door.
"Hey," she welcomes me in. It was obvious she could tell that I was crying and hurt.
"Adrianna, what the fuck just happened?" I wanna scream so bad.
"Let's go up to my room. My parents are eating dinner," she leads me up the stairs.
"Violet is pregnant. Allison is pregnant. Both of the fathers are the twins. What the actual fuck!" I sit on her bed.
"I know, it's insane," she closes her bedroom door.
"It all happened so fucking fast. Like... how is this all possible? Are they actually pregnant or is it just a rumor?"
"It's true. Allison told a few people, then that quickly got around. Violet told me an hour before you came here," she explains.
"This is real? I thought this shit only happens on reality tv, but it's a real fucking thing," my tears effortlessly come out.
She wraps her arm around me, "it's gonna be okay."
"So many things have already hap-"
"Let's not talk about it," she says softly, "there are so many other things we can talk about."
"Like what? I can't list one. That's tragic," I rub my palms against my eyes, forgetting I'm wearing mascara.
"Look at me," she says. I sign and look up. "This pain is just temporary. You can overcome it. What happened during these past few weeks, stays in the past."
"They lost their childhood. They'll never be able to be a teenager again," I explain.
"That's their life. This is yours and you are not pregnant."
If I didn't remind Grayson to get a condom this morning, maybe I could've ended up like Allison and Violet.
"It's gonna be okay," she says. I never realized how blue her eyes were. Sorry... I got distracted. But I haven't seen a lot of people with blue eyes before.
Her lips brush against mine, and before I know it, we were kissing. For the first time in a long time, I felt happy. I felt at peace.
My eyes shoot wide open and I pull back. "What the fuck?!" I jump up from the bed. "What's wrong?"
