NALIA'S POV

I woke up.I quickly looked up to see that garret was sleeping as well.My arms were wrapped around his torso and my head was resting on his chest. I untangled myself from him before sitting up.He stirred in his sleep.

"Shane,are we close to it?"I asked.

"Just another hour,you can still sleep if you'd like."

I sent Shane a smile before sitting back.Garret stirred in his sleep once more before pulling me closer to him.I let his head rest on my shoulder and played with his hair.

As we approached our location I attempted to wake Garret up bit he wouldn't so I just got out if the car after we parked.He finally woke up when we got the supplies out if the trunk.

"Why didn't anyone wake me up?"he asked ,his sleepy voice was raspy yet clear.

"Well Nalia tried to but you decided to stay asleep."
Morgan said while grabbing her bag.

"Oh..hehe" he chuckled and rubbed the back of his neck before looking at me.

He walked over to me after grabbing his things...

"Hey"

"Hey"

"Are you ready?"

" I wish I knew what I'm supposed to be ready for."

"Ohhhhh yeaaa...we are staying at the Queen Mary"he sounded super excited so I got more optimistic about this.

"What is that exactly?"I was genuinely confused about what that was.

"The Queen Mary is a hotel/boat that is very haunted and we came here to ghosthunt together."

"That sounds great what room are we staying in?"

"Well we got a suite and just a normal room"Shane chimed in.

"Shall we?"Shane screamed dramatically before we entered the building.

Andrew had his camera on again, recording Shane and Garrett while they were talking to the receptionist.

She was telling us stories about her experiences here and the history of it.

Soon we walked to our suite but got super creeped out and checked out the other room but that room was way worse.

All of us laughed and had scares and ate...this is the first time in a while that I'm having fun...but this is all making me super tired.

GARRETT'S POV

While we were exploring this haunted boat, I couldn't help but notice how beautiful Nalia is. Her smile, her laugh,and it's not just her physical traits it's her personality, the way she lights a room just by being her.She enjoys being with positive people and she gets along great with my friends.

Nalia is having the time if her life and it makes me so happy to see her be herself, not the stressed,shy,and closed off Nalia.

In our smaller room, I could see Nalia falling asleep next to Morgan. There was no way I was leaving her in there.I woke Morgan up and carried Nalia to the suite where we'd all sleep.

Shane,Morgan,and Ryland slept on the big bed while Andrew slept on the couch.

I found a couple of mattresses and put them side by side before adding several blankets.

Nalia had hopped into bed after changing into her sweats and taking off her makeup.

I was super creeped out by this place and stayed up before Nalia sat up and said she couldn't sleep well. I decided to lay with her until she fell asleep.

I could tell she is scared by the way she's holding onto me. She nuzzled her head into my chest and I played with her hair. That calmed me enough to fall asleep with Nalia in my arms.

-3:00am-

I woke up to Shane shining his flash light in our faces.

"Oh my God I'm so sorry"
He whisper yelled..
"It's 3 am...does Nalia want to come with"

I looked down to her and she nodded her head yes.We pulled ourselves out of bed and put on our shoes.

We explored more of the boat and then headed back to the suite.Nalia in my arms again as we all fell asleep.

NALIA'S POV

The ray of sun was hitting my face through the curtain which caused me to wake up. I was held tightly in Garrett's arms.I looked up at Garrett, I took in all of his features.

His hair is messy and his scruff is growing in.His mouth slightly agape,letting out small snores. His jaw clinches when his face tenses up. His lips were pink and a bit swollen.

His lips upturned into a smirk,and he spoke, "I can't sleep if you keep staring at me like that."

A small blush rose on my cheeks and I laughed.

"Sorry, I couldn't help it...you have a nice face."

It was now his turn to blush.I laughed lightly at him.I tried to get up but he wouldn't give in.

"Garrett I have to get up..."I groaned,still tired.

"Not yet just lay here for a little longer please."he extended his e in please.

"Fine"I finally gave in.He turned to me and started a conversation.

GARRETT'S POV

I held on to Nalia as she talked she is just so perfect.Her lips are plump,her hair is all messy and her morning voice is like music.It was hard trying to focus on what she was saying.

I really want to ask Nalia out on a date.I'm just super scared she'll say no....but I at least need to try,so that's what I did.

"Nalia?"

"Yea,Gar?

"I know that this is a super weird way to ask you this sort of question..."

"Keep going"

"Can I take you out on a date?"my heart rate was going insane.

"No"my heart dropped.

"I'm just kidding Gar I'd love that."I felt a wave of relief come over me and smiled like an idiot.

"Garrett...I have to ask you something"

"Go on"

"Can I go pee or are you just gonna keep me here all day?"
She laughed

I quickly let her out of my hold and layed on my own. I think I'm catching feelings for her.

NALIA'S POV

GARRETT JUST ASKED ME OUT ON A DATE AN ACTUAL DATE.
I TRIED SO HARD TO BE COOL ABOUT IT BUT I AM SO HAPPY.
I really like Garrett already.
