I keeped wondering who the man was my dad that I rember, who was the guy in the panting I owned and why would he give me the ring if he didn't know me? We burred my mom early at noon and Zane was their but it's hard, I don't know what to do or say.
"My mother was a great women and she would not want her death to be sad but to rember her for all the good she has done. It's hard when I lost my dad but now that I lost her everything is difficult. Sure I was rebellious at times but she will never be here for my wedding, she won't get to see my kids grow up and I will never hear her say I'm so proud of you my love for being strong and fighting for the right. Never again, but I know she is with me, in every step, in every breath and every time I smile at something I know it's reminding me of her." I say at the end of my little talk about her, I cried and didn't leave my room much. Zane trued to help me but it wasn't even helpful I didn't want to leave home but he had business back in Ok'asis so he had to leave, but left me with a guard to protect me and as he gave me a quick kiss on the lips he promessed someone would bring back my weapons and some outfits for three days. I had three days to get my shit together, basically but I just wanted to stay.
"I'll see you then," he said and with that he left on a black horse and his guards on white horses but I found that odd, it should be the other way around. The lord gave his word I would be safe and I just went back inside. People who knew my mom gave me condolence and I saw someone I never expected to see say they where sorry for my lost, lord Aphmau of Phoenix Droop she came by and said how she was sorry and if there was anything she could do just ask. "Thank you lord Aphmau," I said as I was taking down my mothers stand.
As the three days passed I traned just so I wouldn't appear week I packed up the rest of my belongings and my mothers things too such as her wedding dress, I forced myself to eat at least a bread and apple. Everyone was kind as always and when the third day came I sold the house to a new person in town. "Please take care of this place it means a lot to everyone here," I said giving the newly weds the key and a hug. "This is a great place to rase kids," as the carriage pulled up I clim in having pants on and waving by but I was crying again, I didn't want to leave but I knew I had too. Maybe like Zane's Mom I would get my own house and maybe I would be able to put everything in it but I want to just be happy.
"My lady welcome back home," he said as I got out of the carriage. The jury of nine was lined up and each had a yellow rose for me very rare for this region but I accepted them and met with Zianna and the lord inside Zane's home.
"We Hurd what happened and we are sorry for your loss my dear," the lord said as he gently kissed my hand. All Zianna did was give me a hug and then I broke down again, she just stroked my hair and said everything would be fine and that she was here for me. "Zane let's go on that walk and let the lady's talk," his dad said and with that they both gave us a kiss bye and left.
"Now how 'bout a cup of tea?" She offered and I nodded, we went down to the kitchen and she already had a pot going. "I figured a hot cup of tea would help settle you down. But it's understandable to be upset, why my mother died only a day after Vylad was born, he's still missing but I know he's out there helping, anyways do you want to talk about it?"
"My mother had never met Zane not till she was on her death bed and even then I didn't want her to go. The first time it happened I was only 10 and he lord would have taken me in but she got better, lived a well life and all I did was rebel against her I wanted to start an army of my own if strongh women who fought and where lords and kinds and just great people instead of wives in a mans world,"
"Oh (Y/n), sometimes life does that, women where put here but the strong ones stand out as Irene did only find troble,"
"Is there anyway I could read up more on Irene, I know Zane is the height Priest of her but like I think there's more to her with everything that happened to her,"
"There are relics that I know of and I know my sons has one and I believe everyone in the jury does too, but I could be wrong, it would be best to ask him about it if you want to know about them if not the keep quiet about your research." She said and I nodded we talked about my mother and I showed her pictures of my so-called father and asked if she knew him. She said no but maybe ask around for people to know.
"Alright," I said and it got late and I had to draw me a bath for the night. I didn't hear Zane come inside but I did when he opened the door to the bathroom and I quickly try and hind myself from his view. "Zane!" I shout and he looks over covering his eyes.
"Sorry but get use to it or build a current around I just couldn't find you and got worried, anyways continue I'll be doing palaver woke." He said and quickly left. I was basically done and I'm glad he didn't come in as I was drying off, that would of been 100 times worse.
For it just being a day I got back I was kind of wondering why Hingis where the way they where. Everyone was being extremely nice and helpful, Zane has not said one bad thing all day and the fact that I cried and he conferred me was also strange. "Goodnight Zane," I said but before I went in my room he stopped me.
"(Y/n) please wait," he said and I stoped turning around and he got up out of his chair. "I'm really sorry about your mother I would be the same way if my mom died before the wedding. But if you need time we don't have to rush anything just if you need anything-"
"Can I get my own house to put my mothers things in? Please," I asked before he could Finnish what he was saying. "Your mother has one for weekends and books, and I want it for the same thing, if I need guards or a handmade by my side then I will deal with that, but the Madden is to live at the house and tend to the things there," I say and he nods without question.
"Yes that will be fine I'll make arrangements for that tomorrow. As long as your happy my lady," he said kissing my forehead and I gave him a hug. "Anything for you," he said as I let go.
"Thank you Zane, it does make me happy." I say and smile then go in my room sitting the door, starting a small fire and lighting a lamp to burn at the window for my mothers. "Goodnight mama," I for said as I lay down and sleep.
~I'm so sorry things take forever to come out like new chapters and stuff but I'm working hard with school. I just got out of special ed and that's a huge step for me but I'm still dyslexic so that's a down side to everything but I'm trying my berry hardest to make sure thing are great! Who would read a crappy story? NO ONE!! I want my stories to make sense and sound great but thanks for waiting
