Jaren looked around the room shakily as his mother whipped his back making it bleed. His breathing was shallow as he gripped the chair he was sitting on. The pain was excruciating and he could feel every wound and opening the whip made. Tears streamed down his face as his mother denied him of all freedom.

"Alright Lucy that should teach you a lesson. Now go clean up and put on that nice dress I got you." Jaren nodded his hands pulling his shirt down and wiping the tears from his eyes. He walked slowly as the burning pain threatened him to make the wrong move. 'Fuck my life' Jaren thought as he walked up the stairs tears again streaming down his face.

"Be quick honey! We need to be at the church in 30 minutes." His mother giggled slightly checking the casserole that was in the oven.

"y-yes ma'am." Jaren replied weakly trying to push through the pain. He slowly undressed turning the shower to cold making sure you clean all the blood away. The wounds we're still fresh but it was something he was used to. After his short shower he asked his sister Marie to help with the wounds. It's not like she hasn't done this before.

"Thanks sis." Jaren whispered nodding his head in a thank you. Marie wiped the tear from her eye, kissing Jaren's cheek.

"No problem big bro. Now let's get you all dolled up to make mom happy." Marie had a frown plastered on her face but she still helped her big brother. Marie was one of the only reasons Jaren was still alive and hasn't kicked the bucket. She helped Jaren slip into the Navy blue dress that was laid out for him then straighted his long brown hair. She touched his face up with a bit of a makeup then gave him a pair of matching flats.

"I don't know what I would do without you sis." Jaren said chuckling a bit slinging his arms around her shoulders wincing as he did.

"You'd be dead." Marie laughed and so did Jaren. He looked at her thinking about how he got such a supportive and amazing sister. Jaren took a deep breath then took his sister by the hand and walked down the stairs to meet his mother for Sunday church.

"Look at my girls. You both look so beautiful! See Lucy the dress is beautiful isn't?" Their mother asked a big smile on her face as she clenched her white bag.

"Yes ma'am, it's very beautiful thank you." Jaren responded his soul ripping in half as he saw how happy his mother was torturing him. Jaren gave her a fake smile then walked out the house to the family car. Jaren sat back in his seat staring out the window thinking of when he can start being the man he wants to be. Just a few months left to his goal. They arrived at the church and Jaren's mother dragged him over to a group of girls who he barely talked to. He stood there for a solid five minutes before he got to bored and shuffled over to the boys.

"Jaren!" Jaren looked up to see two of his best friends Evan and Criag.

"My bitches, what's up." Criag surprised tackled him sending Jaren in a complete pain shock. He laid there on the floor unable to move.

"Jaren are you are okay? Jaren!" Criag quickly picked Jaren up with the help of Evan and moved to a more quiet place. Evan checked his back his hand falling to his side. His fingers curled into a fist as he looked up at Jaren anger spread across his face

"Evan, it's fine. Ev, listen to me. It's fine." Jaren said in a small comforting voice. He took Evan's hand holding it. Jaren then took Criag's hand and held it. "Everything is fine." He stated a sad cast in his eyes. Evan sighed knowing there was nothing he could do.

"Here Jaren we got you some more comfortable clothes. Go change." Ev whispered softly, Jaren stared at the clothes and thanked him giving him a hug. He then turned to Craig and hugged him too. Jaren left to change. He wore a dressy nice red shirt with some black nice fitting pants. He shoved his long hair into a bun then rubbed off all the makeup. He smiled slightly then meant back up with Evan and Craig. When he arrived back there was a new guy. He had a cute mole near the corner of his lip. His blonde dye hair was beautifully stunning even though his roots were starting to show. His hair was half up in a bun making him even more irresistible.

"Jaren come meet John he's new!" Evan winked at me and I rolled my eyes walking over to where they were standing.

"Sup pussys." Jaren said gazing at John for a mere second laughing.

"Sup, I'm John" John held out his hand to shake it but Jaren gave him a hug instead laughing a bit.

"Jaren at your service, I only speak in meme." John laughed and Jaren felt his chest spread with warmth.

"I'm trans by the way, don't wanna freak you out" Jaren stated laughing a bit, rubbing the back of his neck awkwardly.

"That's awesome dude, I support you" John said patting Jaren's back, Jaren winced a bit but a smile spread across his face.

"Weed anyone?" Jonthan said popping around the corner a smile on his face as Evan walked over and intertwined their hands.

"Please I need to forget" Jaren said grabbing the bag from Jonathan. He started to roll the blunt when he noticed John starting him. "I know, I know. I'm hot but can you please not stare  John?" John startled by this, apologize then looked off in the distance. Jaren blushed a bit as he finished rolling then lighting the blunt pulling it up to his lips. He took a few hits then looked to John.

"Wanna hit?" John glanced over Jaren then took the blunt from his hand bringing it to his lips then blowing out the smoke. He smiled his mind relaxing he passed it back to Jaren sitting down. Jaren sat down next him a grin on his face. The three others boys sat down with them sharing their own blunt. Jaren giggled his mind getting loopy, his head was clearer and he felt happier.

"Tell me why-" before Evan could finish his sentence Jonthan started screaming the lyrics  'I want it that way' by backstreet boys. The group laughed with a mixture of giggles. Evan rolled his eyes leaning into his boyfriend smiling.

"GOALS!" Criag screeched at the top of his lungs falling over laughing. Jaren joined him the both of them smiling, laughing, and wiping away their tears. John looked to Jaren and smiled fondly. He may have had a small crush on him....
