Part 9 ... The Event

Min Ri's POV ... 《 In my Dorm House 》

I got home pass 8 in the evening and cleanse myself and all. And after that I let my body fell flat on my bed. I'm feeling so exhausted, but no I am not. Everything that happens awhile ago in the Practice Room are smoothly playing on my mind. For the first time I was able to look at his face. When they are busy discussing about being single and all, I secretly looked at him. Though he isn't smiling all out nor laughing which is I am hoping to see and hear. Anyway, luckily when he is about to turn his head I put back my gaze on what I'm doing. Good thing I wasn't late doing that,, so he surely didn't see me looking at him.

Something is bothering me though. Is he really inlove? I heard Mark a while ago, that the inlove thingy that he mentioned is for him. I fliped on the side of my bed and saw the current time. It's already pass 11 and I am still wide awake. What am I doing the whole time?? I sat up on my bed and lean on the headboard.

''How can I sleep?" I asks my self while looking straight to my door way. "I need to overcome my addiction to him. I mean, how will I be able to normally face him without being abnormal?" I told to myself, while smiling in my own crazyness. "Yeah, Im so crazy! Arggh!"

After almost an hour of crazily talking to myself. I decided to drift to sleep. It's already pass 12 now. I need to get a good sleep since our new Girl Group will have their Debut.

Surprisingly not too long, I was able to drift to sleep.

7AM in the morning

I got awake and peaked on my side table to check the time and into my surprise it's already 5 in the morning. Our call time tiday is 8:30AM. Kyaahh! I hurriedly stand up from my bed and start doing my morning routine as usual to get ready for work.

I checked the time again and it's 7:40AM now. Goodness! This is the fastest of me that was able to do in getting ready for work. For 40 minutes. So then the remaining 50 minutes, I will use that time, travelling to our location now for our new Girl Group Debut.

I step outside my Dorm House and closed the door behind me and walk towards the Elevator. I went straight to the Parking Lot, where my Car is. Yeah, you heard me right! I am now driving my own Car, well half of it was paid by our company while I will shoulder the rest. I step inside the Car then close its door. I slung the seatbelt on and then start the engine. After I revived the Car motor I start to drive off.

And not that long drive. I am already in our Location wherein the Event will take place. I parked my Car and step out and walk straight to my posts. And as I walking down I am greeting every staffs that I crossed path.

We then started to set up everything. After pass 4 hours of settling everything. The event will take place in the next less than 3 hours, we already see numerous people in a long line, chatting loudly and buzzing.

When I'm sure that everything is set outside and inside the Production I decided to go in our Girl Group dressing room. I'am just about to open the door and I am already hearing the girl giving out their heavy sigh and letting out a low pitch scream to ease their nervousness. And next to that I heard voices that giving them different advices ans techniques. 'So they're here too.' I said in my mind, then I took a deep breath and about to open the door. But I suddenly got an idea to Boost the girls confidence. Instead of getting in, I walk back and step out of the field. After like an hour, I decided to go back there. I think this is enough to give the girls confidence and spirit. I took a deep breath before opening the door ang getting inside the room, and as Im stepping in their gaze traveled to me.

"Kyaah! Min Ri Nonna!" Shanntal called me and run towards me to hugged me

"Min Ri Noona, we are dying." Lina said to me

"Already? That's too early" I said while laughing

"Haay, Min Ri. Help us to calm these girls." Keisha requested while exaggeratingly breathing while taking a seat

I smiled to the girls and said, "Why are you guys being like this?" I asked them

"Noona, I will die. I swear!" Yve said

"That soon?" I asks Yve, smiling.

"I didn't know girls are hard to deal when it comes to this." Mark commented from the side

"Right! It's lots of effort needed." Jackson said, agreeing to Mark

"Yah! Can you both be sensitive that half os us inside this room are girls!" Keisha barked at the two

"Ohh, I am talking about theme ... these girls." Mark barked at Keisha

"So what do you think I am? Am I counted as a man?" Keisha fired back at Mark, now standing from her seat

"Ohh, that definitely didn't come from my mouth ... but yours!" Mark said in a teasing tone. And before even Keisha fireback. I tried to stop it

"You're loving each other too much!" I said and they both acted like they're throwing which send all us into laughter. After a much long time of time teasing, barking and firebacking each other, I decided to cut them into something good. Time is running, the girl will debut in just an hour.

"Okay enought of that." I said a loud and face the girls, "I'll show you something." I took out my phone and went to the nearest laptop to me and connect my phone to it to do a casting. So everyone in the room will be able to see in the laptop screen what I will play on my phone. Everyone gathered and form a circle,

"You ready?" I asks the Girl Group and they all nodded, and with that I tap the 'Play' button on my phone screen and the video starts playing on the laptop screen.

I heard them gasps and let out a surprise giggle, same as the others. Well, the video that is now playing is a message from their fans outside that I took and recorded. I just thought that this might help them boost their confidense and be able to shrug their fear and doubt.

"Waahh, Noona you're the best!" I heard Youngjae suddenly utter I didn't realize that he is just standing next to me.

I gave him a smile before talking, "I just did what I think will help them." I said to him

"Well, its effective!" He said and gave a thumbs up. I just smile at him and put back my gaze to the video.

Then the more than half an hour video finally finished. The girls search for me in the room. They hugged and thanked me spontaneously while having a teary eyes.

"No crying please. Make ups." I told them, reminding them. "See? Those young people is already believing in you. That's why when you step out from this room to perform, no more fear, doubt and nervousness."

"Min Ri Noona is right." Mark said agreeing to what I said. But wait, something is off. I gave Mark a kinda teasing look I would say, or a confused look.

And he seemed recognize it, "Wae?' Did I say something wrong?" He asks confused

"Ne." Yeye started and continue, "You called her Noona." She finished off

"Oww, Mark-hyung. You're older than her." Yugyeom said, teasing Mark while laughing following by others

Mark smacked him lightly on his head. "Mianhae" Mark said to me while bowing, which made them giggles more

"Gwaenchanh-a." I told him while smiling and shook my head

"Girls, get ready please." The floor director said from behind which cut us off "We will start anytime soon." He added then exited of the room.

"Go girls, get ready." I told them and winked at them. They then start to walk off the side to get ready.

Then I heard someone clapping from behind, I look and saw Keisha and Yeye, so its them.

"You are really amazing Min Ri." Yeye said

"Right! You already have a resolution with our dillema, to think that you just stepped inthe room." Keisha

I walked to them and stood between them, so they're now side to side on me. I then put my arms to their shoulder and said, "Prevention is better than cure." Then after I said that I turned from them and help the girl get ready since anytime by now the event will start.
