Part 14 ... Cooking Dash

JB's POV 《 Rental House 》

It's been an hour since we went inside the Renatal House. And I am now here in the micro Kitchen, helping Youngjae with the barbecue sauce. While Bambam, Yugyeom and Jinyoung is in-charge in cutting porks that we will marinade for barbacue, whike Mark on the other hand is helping Jun-woo in the grill post. And for Jackson, I don't know. I do not see him anymore from the time we went in.

''JB-hyung are you looking for Jackson-hyung.?'' Lina suddenly ask me coming out from the back Kitchen. As she passing by with cutted veggies in her hand, while Shanntal holding a bottled of sodas

''Jackson-hyung told us to tell you that he's with Min Ri Noona in the back kitchen.'' Shanntal continue what Lina is saying. I just nod and they start walking again. And in just a few seconds, I can hear Jackson's loud laughter and it's getting closer.

''Yah! Mr. Wang you're too loud.'' I heard Min Ri complaining as she shaking her head coming out from the back Kitchen.

''Hi Min Ri Noona.'' Youngjae greeted her, and she smiled to him. ''Is Jackson-hyung anoying you?'' he asks which made him receive a light smacked on his head from Jackson

''Jackson? We need your gorgeous body here.'' Keisha called him thru complimenting him, he then start to run to them

"Ohh, coming.!" Jackson said in a sexy tone of voice

"Yikes!" Youngjae commented to what Jackson did

''Ofcourse, he wouldn't budge by hearing the compliment.'' Min Ri said, which made Youngjae laugh.

''You're right Noona. He always so proud in his body.'' Youngjae added agreeing to Min Ri. And she laugh from what Youngjae said. ''Did you cut all these Noona?'' Youngjae asks her and she nod as her answer. ''Did Jackson-hyung help you or he just annoyed you?''

''Don't even asked. It's a disaster back there.'' Min Ri said as he exchanging her look between me and Youngjae. ''How's this sauce?'' she suddenly asks referring to the barbecue sauce that we are working. Before even we are able to answer her, she already tipped an un-use teaspoon in the sauce and taste it.

''How is it?'' I asks her. She put down the teaspoon and looked at me smiling and gave a thumbs up. I then let out a breath of relief, that I didn't realize I was holding.

''A-aah. I though it's bad.'' Youngjae said breathing out in relief too

''Yah, that's just a sauce. So you guys can surely not fail that. And ... you guys really cook right?'' She said smiling widely,

''Kyaaahh!'' We heard somone screamed from the back Kitchen, which made us three startle

''Ige mwoya?'' Jackson asks and the rest following him as they hurriedly run inside to check who screamed.

''Yah daebak Min Ri!'' Keisha announced while she's swaying a spoon in her hand, while Yen is standing behind her. Everyone is looking at her now.

"Do not exaggerate things Keisha." MinRi said, while making side dishes from the cut veggies.

"I don't exaggerate. Its just that, your cooking skills is really ... daebak!" Keisha exclaimed while giving thumbs-up

"You made a fuss just about that. Look what you've done. They've rushed here and now..." Min Ri said and stop, pointing her hands outside where the grill is, "our food is turning to coal. Just great isnt!?" she announced which made Jun-woo and the other boys run outside to tend the grill spot

"Whatever. I'll eat more of it." Keisha said while pouting and went back to the back kitchen following by Yeye

"Aish. Keisha Noona is really high sometimes." Youngjae said

"Just sometimes?" I asks in suprised, while I shook my head, then I heard Min Ri chuckle

"She and Ye are partners in crime." Min Ri said while she chuckle

"Couldn't agree more." I said to her, agreeing to what she just stated

"Uhuh." She said while laughing

"Where's the seasoning?" Min Ri asks which made me and Youngjae flipped thing on the table but couldn't find it

"I'll go find and get it for you Noona" Youngjae said and stood from his seat right away, and start walking

"Too attentive, boy." Min Ri said, referring to Youngjae

She then looked at me, seeing me staring at her, but I didn't bother to look away from her. "U-uh I didn't mean it that way." She said nervously

"Hmm," I started, "I think I should also go find for the seasoning to earn some compliment." I announce teasing her from her statement and saw her blush ... a little

"Yah! Beat that." She said weakly, feeling defeated which made me laugh. 'She's cute when she's embarassed.'

I decided to tease her more. I stood from my seat and act to walk away, but she hold on to my arm, "Yah! You're killing me." She announed while smiling and shook her head. 'Really! I am enjoying this!'

I then went back to my seat looking at her, her hand still holding my arm. "You know how to tease huh?" She announced and glaring at me, and I just gave her a smile and playfully nod my head, and from what I did her hand that's holding my arm hit it threee times. "So childish" she stopped from hitting me and pouted

"You're cute blushing. You should see yourself." I told her, honestly

"Yah, JB. Shut your mouth!" She said laughing in between

"Min Ri Noona, here's the seasoning." Youngjae is now back with the seasoning, cutting me and Min Ri's conversation

"Thanks Youngjae" she tanked him as she pour the seasoning on the veggies, "You are so--"she stopped from talking and I saw in the side of her eyes that she is looking in my direction, "Thank you. Thank you" she said to Youngjae.

'Hah, she didn't continue what she really wanna say. She might be thinking that I will tease her again from what she will say. She's really cute!'

"Your welcome Noona." Youngjae said cutely

She is so focused now on the veggies that she is making for our side dishes, while she is having a little converation with Youngjae. I am just listenimg to them, and sometimes talk when Youngjae asked me to confirm what he just said to Min Ri.

"There its all done now." Min Ri announced while doing some stretch on her shoulder, she might got tired doing all the cutting and mixing, though I do not know what other tasks she did at the back kitchen.

"Should we try it Min Ri Noona? Youngjae asked

"Right." She agreed quickly and put a mouthful scoop using her hand (with a plastic glove on) "Here" and give it to Youngjae's mouth, which he gladly accepted. Youngjae then start chewing it, while me and Min Ri waiting for him to speak if how is it.

"Mmm, mmm" Youngjae hummed, "Min Ri Noona you are really a skilled cook" Youngjae added while giving a thumbs up.

"Stop that." Min Ri said while she shook her head and scooping another mouthful on her hand, "Here" she said that surprised me, because now she is looking at me while her hand is in air holding up what she scoop and waiting for me to open my mouth so she can shove it in my mouth, but I couldn't ... I'm too stunned.  "My hand is tired about to fall." She announed glaring at me. While Youngjae is cheering me on to go open my mouth.

Agh. This is killing me. After contemplating and feeling defetaed and embarassed I then open my mouth and let her shove in my mouth the veggies she is holding on her hand.

"JB-hyung its delicious right." Youngjae said, more of a statement rather than a question.

He is right. It's delicious. And she is really a skilled cook. Now I am thinking what can't she do? Is there something she can't do?
