Part 6 ... Power-lunch

Min Ri's POV ... 《 In the Office - 9th 》

I am now standing outside the Practice Room. I hurriedly went out there because Keisha and the others are trying to jump on me and hug me tight! Yeye is shouting at me now. They're just so cutee! I signal them that I will be going down, so I pressed the down button of the Elevator and waited for it to open. I heard a 'Ding' of Elevator but It was the Elevator on the other Wing side, acrossed to me. And as I saw the figure stepping out from the Elevator, I got shock seeing him now. I turned right away and just right in time the Elevator 'Dings' too. I just waited for the Elevator door to open then I went inside and pressed the 5th floor where I will be going off. As the door is closing I am just looking on my feet. I can't lift my head. And when I knew that the door is already close, I lean on the Elevator wall and took a deep breath.

''It's him! It is really him!'' I said talking to myself. They're back from their Overseas Fan Meeting. Oh come on! Am I ready to face him!? I shouldn't show any embarassing nor crazy reaction once I face him, or else Im dead!

The Elevator door opened, I'm now on the 5th floor so I step out and went directly to our Office where my desk is located. I open the door and went inside then close he door behind me. No one is here since they're all on the upper level. I put aside my things and went to our micro kitchen and took one bottled water and gulped it in one down. After that I walkt o my desk and sit on my chair. I didn't sit in this dest yet for long since I came here in Korea, but I felt that I miss it.

The Team didn't go after me, after I escaped from them in the 9th floor. They might be focusing so hard on the Girls Group practice. So I just did a run through my mails and compose responses to those that needs urgent reply. And after that I check the Site Forum's to check the fans feedbacks with our babies. And good thing all I'm seeing is all a good feedback, and others are even giving some advises how to be more strong as a team and/or as an individual. And ofcourse there're bunch of requests for their individual artists or group, that they want them to do. I wasn't able to monitor the time, that's why I got surprise when I see that it's already pass 12 in the afternoon. Wow! Now that I track time, I suddenly felt my stomach growling. I decided to go out for lunch, and that's when my phone vibrate and when I check it, it was a message from Ms.Jinee, she's our Boss in our department. She is asking me to go to 11th floor. 'So, I guess I'll just eat later', I said in my mind and step out of the Room.

11th floor.

I just step out of the elevator and heading to the Conference Room that our Boss mentioned.

I am now standing in front of the Conference Room but not opening the door yet. I was thinking if what could this be? Did I do something wrong? Did I mess up? I took a deep breath and gave a noticeable knock, and then pushed the door to open and into my .....

''SURPRISEEED!!'' everyone yelled in unison while exageratingly jumping. If my eyeballs can jump out from it's socket, well it might already happened. I was in attempt of recovering from a great shock when Ms. Jinee walk to me and said ...

''You've done a well job, Min Ri.'' she said while tapping my shoulder. I then bowed to her and to everyone as well. After their long noises and greetings, they decided to proceed in eating.

''Let's have our power lunch now! We surely are all hungry'' Choi-Min said. And from that signal, everyone started to move near to the long table inside the Conference Room. That's when I realize that there are varities of food on the table, and on the wall there's a hanging banner says, 'Gomabseubnida Lady Min Ri'. Which made me smile, they're just so sweet! I didn't expect that though. But the 'Lady' thing though, is that their meer idea of still playing around. They're just really something.

''Min Ri, you wouldn't imagine how thankful I am, and everyone for what you have done.'' I heard Ms. Jinee said from behind

I turned and look at her with a smile in my face too, ''It is our duty to help and protect our trainees dream. So we should really do what it takes.'' I said to her still smiling

''I'm glad to hear that from you. You will surely make a name'' she said that made me smile shyly

''Well, it's not like I am a trainee here.'' I said that made us both laugh a little. Then after that everyone busy, so focused on each and everyone's food. I guess, they're eating their heart out since for the past few days we are all in a deep and busy schedule. And after we ate, we didn't go out right away. We stayed on the Conference Room and discuss the tasks distribution by Saturday, which the coming Debut of our new Girl Group. The program were already in listed and we are just discussing the posts that each and everyone will take and if there's any other things that should be done and arrange.

''Hoooooooooooooohh!'' we heard the Girl Group shouted in unison which made us almost jump. And when they realize what they did, they all gave out an apologetic and shy smile.

''Joesonghabnida!'' said Lina which is their Leader

''Aghh! It's not enough to just shout!'' Yve said, the second member of the group

''Gwonli!'' Tixie said agreeing to what Yve said. ''I'm feeling so numb!'' she added

As I'm listening to them, I felt someone wrap it's arms on my waist. An when I look down who it is, It's Shanntal, the fourth member and the youngest of the Girl Group. I gently tap her head which made her realize that I'm looking at her now. She lifted her head which made me saw her facial expression.

''I'm so scared already Min Ri Noona, what if I mess up?'' Shanntal said with a puppy eyes

I cupped her face and I lean a bit closer to her, ''You won't mess up, my dear. Trust me!'' I told her, blinked at her and asks her, ''What are you scared about? Standing face to face in front of people believing in you OR, standing in front of people who doesn't turn their back to see you?'' after I looked at her, I turn my look to the other member of the group. No one response from them. So I continue ..,

''You've gone through a lot girls. You've worked hard 'til your very last and tiniest energy everyday . Your team has it's synergy, that's why you passed all the test together for you to Debut. Shouldn't be this is the start for you to reap what you sow?''I finished still exchanging my look to each and every member of the girl group

''Wow! Min Ri is really something else.'' Yeye said in amusement

''I can't wait to see more from you Min Ri.'' Ms. Jinee said with a smile in her face. I just gave her an unsure smile and advised the group to go on rest for a while, then continue with their practice. So they step out of the Conference Room while the rest of us polish the lists and plans.

After the strength and brain wrecking tasks that we did, we all headed down to 5th floor in our Department Office, while the other went to the 11th floor to check on the Girl Group that is having their practice.
