Review:
So much emotion! The prologue starts the reader off with a strong sense of hope for friendship between Valerie and her friends and Mason... And perhaps a character growth for him? We (the readers) are spun around into an opposite direction the very first chapter where we find ourselves flung into Mason's relapsed ocean of pain and suffering. The authors truly know how to use words to express emotion.
The plot is unexpected, creative and very much the strong suit of this despairing story.
Raven has such an unusual character, yet she reminds me of someone I know. Mason too. They are relatable characters based on this.
I enjoy the story so far and would love to see how it ends!
