Aiden's POV

I looked into my mirror making sure my black suit looked okay before grabbing my wallet and phone off the night stand. This time the date will happen and no one will kidnap my mate when her room is in my pack house. I opened my door and went down the hall about two doors and knocked on Catherine's door. She opened the door and smiled shyly, my eyes wondered down her body, she had on a beautiful dark blue dress that hugged all of her amazing curves, and sparked just right when the light hit it. She blushed a little.

"your mom picked it out" she looked away kinda embarrassed, I looked up at her face to see she had curled her normally straight black hair.

"you look amazing" her eyes snapped to mine and a smile graced her full pink lips. her eyes racked over me, and her eyes met mine a blush creepd into her cheeks.

"you don't look so bad yourself" she smiled sheepishly for checking me out. I took her hand and led her outside to my car and opened the door for her to get in.

I closed her door gently and went around and got into the drivers seat. I started the car and backed up and headed down the driveway.

"so where are you taking me?" She asked a smile on her face.

"it's a surprise" I smiled

"oh come on tell me"

I shook my head at her causing a frown, I smiled and placed my hand on her thigh and smiled more when she shivered.

"I promise you will like it" I smiled at her she nodded her head and looked out the window at the trees passing.  I turned the radio on and Perfect by Topic & Ally Brooke came on and she started quietly  singing along if  I did have werewolf hearing I wouldn't be able to hear. I'm a little surprised she listens to this kind of music it doesn't fit how she dresses. I wanted to ask but I didn't want her to stop her voice is amazing.

I pulled up to the marina and parked the car in front of a  white miniature yacht that was swaying gently on the waves, Catherine looked over at me and smiled.

"we are going on that?" she looked excited, I nodded and we both exited the car and I took her hand to help her bored the boat, I led her to the front of the boat where a table for two was set up. I watcher her eyes light up as she looked at the white table cloth that covered the small table, it had silver plates with those cover things that no ones knows the name for. and a simple candle in the middle a rose sat beside her plate.

"you did all this?" I smiled and nodded

"I had a little help setting it up, but it was my idea" I led her over to the table and pulled out her chair for her like a gentlemen. after she sat down I went over to my chair and sat and looked at her. She was staring at me with a smile that touched her eyes. I knew right then that I wanted to make that smile for the rest of my life.

She jumped a little when the boat started to move across the wide lake. I smiled and lifted the metal cover thing off our plates and set them on the cart near by. I had prepared chicken fettucine in a white sauce, along with garlic bread and wine she smiled and started to eat.
