Gracey's POV:
I woke up and it was like 4:30 pm. Damn. I decided to just go ahead and do all of my work now.

An hour later...

I heard my phone go off.

Gray💖:
Ok can you please explain to me how the hell you got suspended like not even 5 mins after you left my class???

Me:
I feel like you're not too happy rn

Gray💖:
Not really, what did you do?? There's so many people at school saying different stories.

Me:
Sophie and I were arguing/yelling at each other and I punched her, like really hard

Gray💖:
Gracey!!

Me:
Ok if you're just gonna tell me 'violence isn't the answer' or 'use you're words' then just don't talk to me rn

Gray💖:
No I'm not. I'm sorry

Me:
It's whatever

Gray💖:
What even started the fight?

Me:
Long story I gotta go I got homework

Gray💖:
Ok

I locked my phone and more Snapchat and Instagram notifications went off. A lot was people asking what happened. One message caught my eye.

XkenzX- Are you and Mr Dolan like a thing?!

Me- No ew wtf! Where did you hear that?!

XkenzX- it's a rumor lmao my bad I guess he isn't dating a student.

Me- lmao you're good lol talk about gross 😂

Well I'm screwed...

The next few days were pretty chill. Being suspended isn't all that bad, and luckily I finished my work so I get free time. I haven't really talked to Grayson since our little argument but it's whatever. He can be mad all he wants, Sophie is still a bitch.

My phone went off and, speak of the devil.

Gray💖:
Be ready at 6 I have a surprise.

Me:
Ok

What could it be this time? He can't just text me after not talking to me for 3 days.

I took a quick shower and brushed through my hair. I blow dried it and pulled it out of my face with a headband. I applied makeup and then walked over to my closet pondering what I should wear. Casual or cute?.... I guess both. I put on a white crop top that stops just above my belly button with 'babygirl' stitched on the front, high waisted skinny jeans, and white high top converse. I let my hair fall naturally over my shoulders and grabbed my phone.

A few minutes later there was a knock at the front door. I walked down the stairs and opened it to see Casen?

"Why are you here?" I asked with the door cracked open. " I wanted to apologize for the way I acted. I really want us to start over again. Can you please give me a second chance?" He begged. " Casen I will five you 5 seconds to leave and never speak to me again or I'm calling the police and telling them that you're harassing me."

I counted. "1..." "You're not for real." "2..." "Gracey, please." "3..." "I'm not leaving. "4..." "No balls" "5..." "Ok ok!" I reached for my phone. "Gracey, please just hear me out." "Casen, go." I typed a 9 and he was gone.

I shut the door and locked it. Seconds later I got a text from Grayson telling me to meet him down the street in his car. "Why did I just see Casen running from your house?" He asked as I opened the passenger door and sat down. "No reason. Why did you want me to meet you?" I asked changing the subject.

"Gracey, I'm really sorry. I should've just asked and then said ok. I just didn't want anything bad to happen to you." He said grabbing my hand gently. "Grayson I understand that and I appreciate you looking out for my but I'm not 5. I've gotten through 3 years of the same high school and same students, and the same teachers. I can handle a few days of suspension. It's not my first fight." I told him how I felt about the situation with barely any emotion in my voice.

"Ok. I'm sorry." "Apology accepted." I smiled. "I have a surprise for you." He started driving and this time we stayed in town. We pulled up to his place. "Here we are." We got out and walked inside. "What is this?" I asked as we walked inside and there were chairs set up, and the couch was backwards with sheets over top of them and pillows, blankets, and sheets spread on the carpet.

"Movie night!" He exclaimed throwing his arms in the air. "You're such a dork. He pulled me closer to him slowly by my waist. "Thank You." I smiled and he kissed me.

   During the 3rd movie I felt my eyes slowly falling. "If you're tired I can take you back home." Gray offered. "No I'm fine." I smiled and he pulled me into his chest. "If you want you can crash here for tonight?" Gray asked. I nodded. Grayson turned off the TV and we walked up to his room and he gave me a t-shirt to sleep in. I changed in the bathroom and Grayson changed in his room. "Um if you're uncomfortable with sleeping together I'll take the couch." He said grabbing a pillow. "No no it's fine. We can both sleep in here." I said slipping under the blankets. Hopefully this "rumor" doesn't spread. I would hate myself if Grayson lost his job because of me.

   "Hey Gray?" I said his name and he turned to me. "Not to alarm you but someone DM me today and asked if we were dating. I just played it off." I thought I should let him know bc he's not the only one in this relationship. "I guess we'll have to stay apart at school." That would be hard.
