Couple months later:

So far school has been going good. Casen has left me alone, with a little help from Grayson. Spring break is next week and Im super excited!!! Grayson and I will both be on break and we can maybe travel somewhere! Im hoping maybe we could go somewhere out of town.

Friday: Today Spring Break starts!!! I told my mom I would be going on a trip with a couple friends, which I am for 3 days so it technically isn't a lie. I got out of bed and ya know just did normal morning get ready for school stuff. I put on a sheer white tee shirt, a light blue halter lace bralette, denim shorts, and brown sandals. I grabbed my bag and keys and stuff and walked to my car.

I drove me and my sister to school. I walked into Gray's classroom like 10 minutes before the bell rang. "Good morning." I said holding 2 coffees. He stood up from his desk and hugged me. "Good morning. Ok so I was thinking about Spring Break and I know we wanted to go somewhere away and I was thinking maybe Colorado?" He said smiling. I raised my eyebrows. "Colorado?? Like the state Colorado? Like Rocky Mountains and snow Colorado??" I was shocked. His smile faded. "Yeah. I mean only if you want to. I know its kinda far but I'll pay for all of it and I'll make sure nothing bad happens to you I promise."

I was shocked that he chose Colorado and that we were really going on a trip together. Like just us.

"Gray you don't have to pay for all of it. I can too." I said and a huge smile spread on his face. "Well I want to." He kissed me. "Well I won't let you." He leaned in to kiss me again but the bell rang so I turned away and walked to my seat. Students started walking in and Gray walked to the front of the class. Today needs to go by fast.

Around 4th period I was exhausted. My teacher walked to the front of the class and switched off the lights and started a video. The man talking had a thick accent making if difficult to understand what the hell he was talking about.

I crossed my arms over my desk and laid my head down. After about 5 minutes, as I was just about to fall asleep my teacher, Ms. Jones, walked over to me and slapped a ruler on my desk. Almost hitting my hand. I shot up and yelled 'what the hell' without thinking. I tried to apologize but she sent me to the office anyway.

This day sucks.

Finally, lunch time!!! The bell rang and I waited for the halls to clear. I walked to Gray's class and it was empty. He's usually in here during lunch. I pulled out my phone and texted him

Me:
hey where are you??

I stood in the hall waiting for him to text back.

A few minutes passed and my phone vibrated in my pocket.

Gray💖:
My car. Wanna go get lunch with me?

Me:
sure

I walked down the hall, out the door, and through the parking lot to Grayson's car. The engine was running and he was inside. I got in on the passenger side. "So where are we going?" I asked. He put his hand on my leg. "Wherever you wanna go." I sighed. "No, you always do this. Just choose something." He always has to argue. "Well, what are you hungry for?" Grayson shrugged his shoulders. "You aren't helping ya know." He smiled. "How about Chick-fil-a?" He finally suggested. "Sounds good."

We drove out of the parking lot and to the nearest Chick-fil-a, which happened to be down the street. We ordered through the drive thru and we just sat in the parking lot and ate our food.

"Hey, so I've been thinking about what you asked me this morning." Gray looked at me. He looked nervous. "And..?" He said cutting me off. "Lets do it! I wanna go with you." A smile spread across his face. He pulled me into a tight hug almost spilling my soda. "Whoa you're gonna spill something!" We pulled apart. "Thank you."

We drove back to school and right as we were about to get out I noticed another teacher exiting their car next to us. I slid down in the passenger seat. "Grayson?" The teacher called out. It was Ms. Jones. That bitch.

"Hi Ms. Jones." She walked over and Grayson got out the car. They stood there talking for about 5 minutes. "Well I'll let you go, I have to make a phone call." I heard Grayson tell her and then he got back in the car. "Ok, she's gone." I sat up. "Have I ever told you how much I dislike her?" I asked rolling my eyes. "Yes you have, quite a few times actually." He laughed.

"Me we should get in the backseat and take a nap before class." I suggested jokingly. "Oh, should we?" He asked. "Yes please." Gray smiled and we both got out of his car.

We walked into the building and into his classroom. Class doesn't start for another 10 minutes. "So what are we gonna do while we're there?" I asked. "While we're where?" Gray asked confused. "Um Colorado. We were just talking about it." I raised an eyebrow. "Right right. I remember. I don't know. Maybe snowboarding. Stay in a cabin." He googled cabins available in Colorado. "That sounds perfect." I smiled.

"Ok so Im gonna order our plane tickets tonight, rent a cabin for us to stay in." He said making a to-do list in his head. He mumbled some other things but it was too quiet for me to hear. "Alright hey, Im gonna go get a water then I gotta go to class. I'll see you after." I said hugging him. "Ok babe." He kissed me. I pulled away but he pulled me back to him and kissed me harder.

I smiled. "Ok for real, I gotta go. I'll see you later." "Wait wait, one more." He kissed me again. "Can you get me a water too?" Grayson handed me a dollar. "Sure thing." I walked out and towards the vending machine.  Diet DrPepper, Diet Coke, Diet 7-Up. Everything diet. No thanks. I bought 2 waters and walked back to Gray's classroom and handed him the water. "Stay here till the bell rings?" He asked smiling. "Fiine." I said dragging out the i. "Yay!" He pulled me into a tight hug.

About 5 minutes passed and the bell rang to go to 6th period. "Ok I'll see you after school." I kissed his cheek and left.

End of the day

Finally! Time to go home! I walked into Grayson's room and the back lights were off. He was sitting at his desk grading papers. There were five students sitting at the desks. "Um Mr. Dolan? May I speak to you about the reading assignment?" I asked. We stepped out of the room and he shut the door. "So what day are we leaving?" I asked. "I was hoping Tuesday?" He grabbed my hand. "Yeah, me and a few friends are staying in a beach house Sunday, Monday, and leaving Tuesday. So I'll come back early and we can go." "Ok sounds good."

My sister and I left school and went home.

Today was good.
