Gracey's POV:

"Grayson I can't do this!" I said panicking. We were currently on top of a huge mountain going skiing. I however was terrified!

Grayson wrapped his arm around my waist. "Baby you'll be fine. If you want I'll go first and then wait for you at the bottom." I shook my head. "Can't we just go at the same time?!" I asked. The intructor shook his head. "Sorry, only one at a time." I rolled my eyes.

I know it's not his fault and he's only doing his job. I just don't wanna go alone. Grayson lifted his mask off and came close to my ear. "I wont let anything happen to you babygirl." My arm hairs raised with chills. And not because of the cold air.

I took a deep breathe and Grayson started counting. "1..." ok gracey you go this. "2..." It won't be that ba-

My thoughts were cut off by someone pushing me before Gray even got to 3.

"Grayson Dolan! I can't BELIEVE you let him push me down a frickin MOUNTAIN!!!" I shouted at Grayson as we were taking our ski gear off. He chuckled at me. "Im sorry babe." I frowned. "It's not funny. What if I died? Huh? How would you feel?!"

I stormed away to the cafe and sat down at a small booth. Not long after Grayson sat down in front of me. "Hey, listen to me." He said grabbing my hand from across the table. "Are you listening?" He asked, I nodded.

"I love you. I would never in a million years let anything bad happen to you that was under my control. Ok?" I tried my best to hold back a smile. "Ok." He smiled at me. "Did you at least have fun?"

I kinda hate to admit it, after being so scared and trying to get out it, I had a lot of fun. I would definitely do it again.

I nodded and smiled. "See? What did I tell you? It was fun!"

We ordered some food and 2 hot chocolates.

"So what's next on our agenda today?" I asked Grayson as we walked out of the cafe. He looked at his calendar. "This one's a surprise!" He smiled widely.

Grayson and I went back to the cabin and he made us change. He handed me a pair of jeans to put on and I put on a cream colored sweater. We walked outside and he blindfolded me with a bandanna. We got in the car and drove somewhere about 45 mins away.

"You ready?" He asked helping me out of the car. Immediately I was hit with the smell of hay and manure. Grayson took the blindfold off and it took my eyes a minute to adjust to the sun. "Where are we?" I asked confused. "Horseback riding!" I excitedly hugged Grayson. I used to ride allllll the time when I was young!

Once we got saddled up and had our helmets on we were ready to go.

We rode for a few hours on a trail the had a beautiful view of the mountains. We got to an area that was blocked off with snow and had to take a different route. "Umm Gray?" I asked. "I think we're lost." You see, we had a tour guide but we all kinda got separated. "Nah, we're not lost."

We spent about 20 mins trying to find our way back before Grayson finally admitted we were lost. "Ok, yeah we're lost."

"There you guys are! We've been looking for you!" The tour guide laughed a little.

We all rode back together and then went out for lunch.

2 days later...

"Baby, we need to talk." Grayson said sitting on the bed in the cabin.

"Oh no. Whats wrong?" I asked. He patted the spot next to him and I sat down. "Spring break is almost over." I nodded. "I didn't want to tell you because I wanted you to spend this trip having fun and not worrying." I started to get worried.

He unlocked his phone, tapped on the text message app, and handed me his phone. I scrolled through the messages. There were pictures of me and Grayson. Some talking, some hugging, and some even of us kissing.

One message caught my eye.

Unknown:
I think the school board would LOVE to see these photos. Don't you?

A tear slid down my cheek. "Who is this?" I asked looking at Grayson. "I don't know baby." The first name that came to my mind was Rebecca. She wanted us to break up. It HAS to be her.

I shut his phone off and handed it to him. "Gracey, thats why I didn't want us to go that far the other night. I didn't want us to do it and then break up."

My eyes widened. "You-You're really gonna break up with me?" I asked shocked.

"What other choice do we have. Gracey you could get expelled!"

He really thinks I care??

"Grayson you just told me you loved me. Like 3 days ago! Did that mean nothing to you?!" I shouted and stood up off the bed. "Of course it did! You mean the world to me!" I stared at him in shock. "You really don't think we can't get through this together?"

His eyes filled with tears. "The time for us will come. But for now, we shouldn't be together."

"Grayson....Please don't do this." My voice cracked as tears rolled down my cheeks.

"Im so sorry." He hung his head.

I stormed out and ran into the bedroom down the hall and locked the door.

The room had a small bathroom and and a full size bed that already made with pillows and blankets.

I pulled the duvet out from its neatly made place and laid under them, shoving my face into the pillow and cried until sleep took over me.

Was Grayson really ending our relationship over some threats from a highschool student????
