i saw him smile inwardly as he picked up the cough drop. it made my heart flutter and my cheeks warm as he looked my way, like he knew. i quickly looked away, hoping he didn't notice me staring at him.

honestly speaking though, he is really hard not to stare at. he has such a pretty face, i'm sure he has plenty of options to choose from in terms of a romantic partner. his smile is so pure and bright, the way his eyes crinkle at the ends and the way his dimples appear, i think i was entranced the first time i saw them.

his hair looks so soft and fluffy, i find myself thinking about what'd it feel like if i were to run my hands through it. he's at least a couple inches taller than me, and sometimes i just want to lean against him.

he makes me feel things previous crushes haven't. and i don't know why.
