Over the years, the number of ghouls has dramatically increased. The CCG is struggling to keep all the citizens of Tokyo safe until a girl with unique talents shows up.
Kogame Kimura tries to fit in, but she is just different. She is extremely talented for a human, exceeding the normal physical standards. Most speculate that she is a ghoul, or somewhat related to a ghoul, but no evidence has been produced. She has no sort of connection with the ghouls or has a craving for human flesh, so whats the deal?
Is she ghoul or human...?
