It was the worst sleep I had very had. My head pounded. My body aches. And most of all I had lost Aria.
I woke up holding my head I seriously needed some medication or better yet a stronger drug to eliminate my problems everything felt empty my room my mind my heart is this what it was like to feel heartbreak... I needed to let off some steam I got out of bed turned my phone off and got in the shower I got ready in my workout clothes and headed to the gym the day was still bright cause it was June but the kind that stung your eyes if you looked up at the sky for too long or maybe that was just me. I got to the gym and pumped as many weights as I could this was the only was my frustration would be let out sweat dripped of the minute I lifted from my forehead and chest as I blasted Kanye west through my headphones.
(Back at arias house earlier on) ARIAS POV I lay in bed as my eyes fluttered open to the sun that peeled through my blinds. I noticed Theo laying next to me as I started to recall the things that happened between us last night he was a great guy but I shouldn't have I needed him more than what he needed me and frankly I was lonely, upset, frustrated this was a mistake that was my fault. I get a cool breeze brush up against me as I slipped out of bed making sure he wouldn't wake up I headed to my shower and started exfoliating and washing my hair after I was done I wrapped my white robe around me and made my way downstairs to make breakfast. As I was cooking the eggs I heard footsteps Theo walked down smiling as I turned around my wet hair hitting me slightly on my face.

He came down with a pair of cream trousers on as he made his way towards me I stood cooking the eggs as he moved my hair to tuck it behind my ears, " You Okay" he said softly "Yeh I think so" I relied " I've make breakfast anyway so come sit" I said motioning to the kitchen island I put the eggs with the rest of the breakfast on the plate as I sat down next to him. " OMG this is so good" he said taking a huge bit of the wilted spinach and eggs "Thanks I mean I make this when I'm really hungry ya know" I said laughing "No but like this is actually good ya know how some girl say they can make good food but they can't your like real" he said laughing "Thanks Theo" I said putting my fork down "Urmm listen I kinda have a few things to do today I just want to carry on as normal otherwise staying cooped up at home isn't going to do me any good sooo" I said nervously "Yeah ..oh yeah no I actually have to leave aswell I have my photography workshop to go to and run some errands" he said understandingly I sighed lightly thanking the fact that he understood I wanted some me time "Urm I'll go and get ready yeah" he said getting up He finished his plate fast as he ran in two's up the stairs I picked up our dishes and washed them tidying up the house too from the trash left over I got out black liners and put all the rubbish in their I got a knife and popped all of the balloons and tidied up my apartment till it was minimal again. I made my way to my fridge and got out zions cake that we didn't cut last night I took it out carefully as it was pretty heavy and opened my door to my bin outside and chucked it into the garbage can. Man did that hurt and feel good at the same time. I decided to go on a run even tho I showered I thought I needed to let off some steam and Thai was the perfect t way I went upstairs to see Theo fully dressed saying he would show himself out "Are you sure I can come down" I said politely "No don't worry I'll leave and plus it's not like we're strangers" he laughed "See ya soon aria" And with that he left My hair had dried now it was curly and wavy naturally as I put it not a high pony tail I got out my black nike sports bra and my bike leggings I got them on and put on my grey Thea Nike running trainers grabbing my EarPods and phone I ran out out the house. I got outside man was it bright I turned on a bit of xxxtentacion his hardcore songs and started to run along the pavement of the neighbourhood I ran past the prettymuch house and didn't bother to look that way I was running fast faster than ever which was dangerous as I didn't have any water with me. I was running up to the gym which was my cue to turn around as it meant I ran quite a bit when I saw Zion walking out I immediately turned around avoiding his presence. Strange isn't it your when your with someone in a relationship you learn their do's, dont's, habits, things that make them happy, what makes them sad , you almost become apart of them until it all comes to an end in which you have to pretend like you didn't even know the person on that level. Well this was exactly what I was feeling
