I am sat on my bed listening to music when it happens. My phone rings, stopping what I'm listening to, and I jump across the bed to quickly answer the phone, I think this is the call I've been waiting for all week,

"Is this Y/N L/N ?"
"Em, yes this is her" I quickly reply. "Who is this?"
"This is the casting director from the series you auditioned for," I hold my breath "and I'm delighted to tell you that you got the part!" I let out an excited squeal of joy.
"Oh my goodness, thank you so so much."
" It's our pleasure, your parents will be sent the details of schedules and filming, welcome to the cast!"
I lay back on my bed and let out a huge sigh, I've got the part.

~IN THE MORNING~

My mum bursts into my room and gives me a gigantic hug "Wow, Y/N, I'm so proud of you" she says squeezing me even tighter, "it's your dream role."
"I know, I know", my mum knows that I'd dreamt of being an actress ever since I was little. I'd always auditioned for things and got small parts but as soon as I heard that they were making a spin-off series of the IT movie, I couldn't believe it. I auditioned because this series would be less horror and more teen drama, my favourite. Also, there was a part that would be Richie's girlfriend and if I got it, I knew I would meet Finn Wolfhard...
