“Kim?” someone said.
“Kim? Let’s go may shoot pa tayo.” Still no reply.
She was on her recliner, eyes closed, deep in thoughts listening to Adele.
“Hoy! Kimberly?” he said while tapping her shoulder. Finally, she opened her eyes and removed her earphones.
“Sorry. Ano yun?” Kim turned her head and saw it was her RM, Kuya Robert.
“Sabi ko tara na. May next shoot ka pa. Baka matraffic pa tayo.” He was fixing her things for their next shoot. “Alam mo Kimmy, lately ang emo mo. Lagi ka tulaley.”
“Ha? Hindi naman. Oh tara na.” She plainly said. She stood up and walked ahead of Robert.
While they were walking, Robert noticed something different about Kim. She was not in her usual bubbly disposition. He also noticed that lately she’s always been spacing out. What could be wrong? He thought.
“Kimmy” Robert nudged her arm trying to catch her attention. When she finally stopped walking, he faced her and looked straight at her. “May problema ka ba? You can always tell me, you know that right?”
“Haaa? Eh.. Wala naman Kuya Robert. Bakit?” Kim said avoiding his gaze. She knew he wouldn’t stop interrogating her.
“Yung totoo nga Kim. Kilala kita. I know there’s something bothering you.”
“Wala talaga Kuya pagod lang lately.” She looked at her watched. “Uy, tara na baka ma-late pa tayo. Nakakakhiya.” She said trying to avoid the conversation. She once again continued walking towards her van. Ganun ba talaga ako ka-obvious? She said to herself.
Robert just sighed and shrugged his shoulder. Oh well, mag-oopen up din tong batang to.

As expected the shoot, ended in the wee hours of the Monday morning. Good thing for her, she has no other schedule for the rest of the day. Except that one meeting, she’ll be having later that night.
Before leaving the location she admired the view. They we’re somewhere in Tagaytay. A lush garden overlooking the Taal lake. She was standing in a little veranda adorned by lights, vines and different colourful flowers. The breeze was perfect. She watched as the branches of the trees sway with the wind. She gazed at the how the water is perfectly still, glistening in the dawn horizon.
Perfect!
Except, the water reminds her of Him.
