A/N: I promised you more Asmoday and I meant what I said ;) Also, yes I'm aware that some of my images are disappearing from my chapters, and no I have no idea what's causing them. I'm doing my best to fix the issue.
I guess Dark's mom is a lot more protective of him than I initially thought. She found out what happened with Dark's blood-soaked, rock and roll German sex tour and promptly gave Asmoday the boot. How she deduced that it was his fault I don't know, but he's here again with Dark and me, and the tension between the two is awkward, but yet, I still have no complaints. I love it when he's here, especially under these circumstances.
"Asmoday...you look a bit tired." I said, washing glasses in the sink while he laid on the kitchen floor staring up at the ceiling. "I am many things, and tired isn't one of them. I literally don't know what tired feels like." he replied. Dark walked into the kitchen, but slowly backed out seeing Asmoday on the floor. "Arioch, if I was going to kill you, you'd be dead by now." "Yeah, this is one of the only times I'm gonna say, I wish I was able to be killed...because I'm so tired of sleeping with one eye open." I stayed silent. "Look, I'm not even mad at you. This whole thing is kind of amusing, actually. She flipped out so badly...you should've seen her. Clearly, she has no idea how unmanagable you are now. She says I should've kept a better eye on you." Dark chuckled. "I was a good kid...I'm kind of a not so great adult sometimes." "Well, what the fuck happened?" "I had no father figure to guide me. Isn't it clear?" he said, smirking a bit. "I bet you think you're funny." Asmoday replied, sitting up. "Oh I know I'm hilarious." he said. "You're such a jackass. All those years of fucking around are catching up to me in the form of you. Your name should be Karma." "Ouch...I'm not that bad, am I?" "Hey, you wanted to get personal about things. Too late to pull out now, Ari." "His pullout game is pretty weak." I said. "Really, (y/n)?" Dark asked, while Asmoday laughed under his breath. "She got you there." he said. "I don't need to pull out. I'm a demon." "Yeah, I thought that way once...and that's why you're here." Asmoday replied. We high fived and Dark crossed his arms. "Two against one?" he asked. "Seems a tad unfair." "Me being kicked out of my home because you got a wild hare up your ass is unfair...but it's happening." "I'm sorry. Why'd you even tell her? You know she freaks out about me..." "She's my wife. She was wondering where I was...what was I supposed to do? Lie? Lying would've landed me here, too." Dark sighed. "How long is it gonna be this time? Can't you just go home?" Here comes the jealousy. Dark is funny. He'll share all his time with his dad in the demon realm, but as far as he's concerned, earth is his domain and Asmoday is a threat to his throne. "Always with the go home stuff. It's almost like you hate me being here." Asmoday said, smirking. "I hate precisely nothing about you being here...it's just..." Dark replied, weakly. "You hate sharing your friend. I get it. Too bad." Asmoday stood up and stretched, showing off his muscular frame a bit. The way his shirt rode up just enough to bare his well-defined v-line had me chewing a hole in my bottom lip. I couldn't tell if he did it on purpose or not, but it doesn't matter. I knew what that body is capable of and I wanted it for myself. He must've caught me staring because he winked subtly. I turned a bit red and looked away. "We can alternate." he suggested. Dark scowled. "No way." he replied. "For two reasons: one, she was my friend first, and two, she's a person, not an object. Other humans are objects. Fuck with them." "I never said she was an object, I'm just trying to keep the peace and cut down on some of your testosterone emissions. You could make a whole nother man with all the hormones in here." Dark looked at me. "Input?" he asked. "I want to spend time with both of you." I replied. "So you want to alternate?" Dark asked, surprised. "I don't mind it." I replied. "But I'd love it if we could all three do something fun sometime." I watched the air leave Dark's chest as he heaved a massive sigh. "If that's the way you want it, fine. Just remember who was here first." I gave him a deep kiss. "Does that feel like remembering?" I asked, breaking it. "Alright, alright, I'll let you two catch up." he said, relaxing about the matter. "Any trouble, call me." he said. Asmoday rolled his eyes. "You know he's pretty funny." he said. "He's actually quite hilarious at times...but you were right about that jealousy streak." "He hates sharing you and honestly, I can't blame him. I'd hate it too." I stole a few glances at his frame. "Still six five." he said, without looking. I chuckled. "Still able to see so clearly." "I'm a demon, baby, it's in my nature to see all." I let him pick me up. "So it doesn't hurt you when Dark basically tells you to fuck off when you're here?" Asmoday just laughed. "No, (y/n), it doesn't. Why would it?" "It's mean." "Your idea of mean and a demon's idea of mean are two very different things. It's normal, dear. We live a way different lifestyle. Him being protective of you and selfish about you is just his way of letting me know he loves you...and him letting me spend time alone with you is a huge compliment. It's him telling me he totally trusts me. Does that make sense?" "Kind of." I replied, as he set me on my bed. "It's fine." I shrugged. "What's the matter?" he asked, sitting beside me. "I just don't want to damage your relationship with him...or with anyone for that matter." He shook his head a bit. "You're not going to. You worry too much...I explained the hall pass rules. I explained everything. Your human brain is rejecting it because it's not the human way of doing things, (y/n). I've learned a lot from you. Time for you to learn from me." He laid beside me and I curled up on his chest. "Just don't get too loud a bit later. I hate being walked in on."
