Childhood Sweethearts

Luke's POV

I woke up seeing Ethan next to me. Curse my life. I mean toward my break up. I mean Ethan is great but I still cant forget Brittany.

I guess me and Ethan are officially boyfriends. I don't mind but I can't let him see the true me or he'll be like Brittany. I'm scared to let him find the true me.

The time says 6 am. I moved Ethan's arms around me so I could get up.

Me being to lazy to go home, I ended up stealing some of Ethan's clothes. Which are a black pants with a black shirt. I even grab on of his gray hoodie, then I'm out the door.

Instead of going to school, I just walked to the bus stop. When I arrived it was 7 am. I give the driver the money for an all day pass. I don't even plan on going to school today.

The bus ride was silent but at least it's heading to the next town over. While still on the bus, my mind wonders to Ethan. I regret not telling him or waking him up to tell him where I am going.

Once the bus stopped, I got off. I walked over to toward the park and sat by a tree. The park is empty except for a few elders. I'm surprised that people are at this park when its 8 am. Usually people aren't the morning type or am I just assuming things.

My phone starts buzzing like crazy but I ignored them. I'm not ready to talk to people yet.

"Hi"

I looked to see who said hi and saw someone I didn't know. He is tall and looked like one of those kids that cause trouble. I just waved.

"Sorry to bother but your sitting in the area where I like chill and um... yea just chill."

My eyes wide. I get up and see that he is actually taller than me. I just ended up going to the next tree over.

My eye wondered over to him to see he pulled out a lighter and a weird looking cigarette thing with a few small bags of greenish things.

He smirked and said "You don't you take a picture, it'll last longer." I blushed and looked away.

He gets up and sits next to me.

"You ever tried smoking marijuana?"

I shook my head no. He smirked again, then said "Wanna give it a try?"
I was optimistic but I ended up nodding yes anyway.

After he showed me how to light it and put the greenish thing in the "bowl", I inhaled the stuff. Then ended up coughing badly and he chuckled. I was literally choking on air or smoke, whatever it is.

Afterwards my mind show how began to clear and I kept giggling like crazy. He still kept smoking it while I was in my own little world.

He handed me the "bowl" and I went at it.

He just stared at me the whole time.

"Take my pic so you can see it!" I say while giggling.

"You suppose to say, take a picture so it'll last longer." He says while laughing.

He scooted really close to me, then lifted me up to place me on his lap. He placed his hands on my hips and I giggled. He smirked and kissed me lustfully. I responded and wrapped my hands around his neck. He groaned when I bit his bottom lip softly.

I broke the kiss then giggle again. I must be really high then. He smirked

We ended up getting up and walking together.

While we did that, I found out his name is Chris. He's very flirty with a lot of guys and girls.

"I wanna be like that." I thought out loud.

"You wanna what?" Chris stated with a confused look.

"I wanna do what you did with those people. Like flirt easily with other." I say still smiling and giggling.

"Um... you mean a player attitude? Well you just do it. Just be chill and don't get caught. Be sneaky. Its like what I did to you but less hanging around. Be a different person so you can get anyone." I nod. So its not that hard doing what he does.

At 2:30 pm, he walked me to the bus stop. Once I got on the bus, I checked my phone to see that I have several texts from Ethan.

When I arrived back in town it was 3 pm. The walk home was funny.

When I finally reached home it was 4:05 pm. I just walked over to Ethan's house to find that his door is unlock.

I go I and see Ethan laughing to himself. I go up to him to hug him, but I ended up being pushed back. He mumbled some words I couldn't understand. The a tear slide down his cheeks.

He gets up and walks upstairs to his room. I trailed behind him. I noticed that he was wobbling and swaying side to side.

When he finally got into his room, he slammed the door before I could enter.

I hear sobbing on the other end. I just went straight into his room to find him crying. I went to hug him again. He kept trying to break free, but he seemed kinda weak. When I inhaled, its smelt like alcohol.

At 6 pm, Ethan fell asleep. I still don't know why he broke down.

I started feeling sleepy and my eyes hurt.

I finally ended up passing out with Ethan in my arm.
