Chapter 2: Another World

Wang So Pov

I must admit: I am quite handsome. When I looked at my reflection in the mirror, I was stunned. I had short hair which was dyed and no scar. My build wasn't as huge as it was as Wang So but Joongi had a good ripped figure. The bathroom was a strange room with several 'things'. The world had quite advanced. I wonder how it felt for Ha Jin to have travelled back in time and adjust without all the modern amenities. Not to mention, having to adjust to non-progressive ideals. It explained her outgoing nature and broad-minded attitude.

Joohyuk explained how to use the bathroom and as I washed myself, I remember the fragrance of Hae Soo's bathing bars. I remember distinctly her fragrance. The soft scent that wafted from her hair when I kissed her.
I miss her so much.

And she was here now.
With no memories.
Maybe that's great.
We can start afresh.

I stept out and Joohyuk gave me some clothes. The bottom wear was called denim. I had worn over it a creamish hoodie.

They were very comfortable.

"Oppppaaaa~!" came a sing-song girl's voice.

"Hana is here. With her stupid boyfriend" said Joohyuk in a drawling voice and went outside. I followed him.

What on earth was she wearing? She was showing so much skin!

"Omo! Omo!"and she was squealing.
Ah my ears; have mercy.

"OPPPPAAAAA!" And she hugged me. So tightly. I thought I would choke to death.

I froze.

A girl was hugging me.
What on earth!

I pushed her off me.
"What on earth do you think you are doing?!" I snapped, shocked.

She didn't notice my shock. She went and she hugged Joohyuk who just sighed and patted her hair as she said, "He's back. Oppa is back! I was so scared. I thought I would never see him again! The stress was unbearable!"

I raised an eyebrow at her theatrics.

"Right. So you vacayed with him" said Joohyuk pointing at Alex.

Hana went and squeezed Alex. What does she get out of hugging so much?

"My love has been helping me meditate and overcome stress" she said.
Joohyuk scoffed and Alex smiled sheepishly.

"I shall get going now. Bye baby" said Alex.
Baby? What was that?

And they kissed.

In front of us.

The shock of every new experience was overwhelming.

Alex left and Hana was squealing.

"Oh oppa oppa oppa!"

"So noisy, mwo ya" I grumbled. She giggled sweetly.

"He's lost his memories" informed Joohyuk.

"What?!" she gasped audibly.

"You'll help him out during shooting, won't you?" Joohyuk told her.

"Of course I will! That will be so much fun!" She exclaimed, "I'm so hungry. Oppa let's eat."

The food was different. Joohyuk said that cuisines are now shared and therefore we had something called sandwiches on our table. And French fries.

"Oppa, let's go shopping today!" said Hana.

Joohyuk rolled his eyes, "Tell me something new."

"Seohyun-eonnie is going to be there~" she sang. Joohyuk looked alert and said, "Where are we going for shopping dearest sister?"

She grinned and said, "Luna Rose's biggest store!"

"Awesome"

"She's going to be there with some of her group members. Maybe we can fix someone with lonely Joongi"

I narrowed my eyes at her and Joohyuk said, "Aren't you tired of trying to pair him up? If the guy wants to be lonely, let him be."

"It's so boring" pouted Hana, "Take your car, Joohyuk oppa. I'm too tired to drive. And I'm sure Joongi oppa can't drive."

"Car?"

"It's a vehicle" explained Joohyuk.

"Heol. You have really lost your memories haven't you?" said an incredulous Hana, "so you have absolutely no memory of like anything ?"

I shook my head.

"Uri oppa" she said sadly, "so you dont even remember that I owe you a new vintage wristwatch."

"What is that?"

"A machine that tells time" replied Joohyuk loyally.

"Hmm"

We exited the house. Buildings were high and run by electricity. There were elevators and cars looked beautiful. I wanted to learn to drive one.

The sun shone kindly over the what Joohyuk said is called the 'city'. The vehicle played music too. Recorded music.

He had a wonderful voice and the song was beautiful. Eun's reincarnation was doing so well.

My heart left lighter.
This place seemed nicer.
