Troy wondered how could he fix the problem in Up State New York. He often thought about what went wrong with cricket he couldn't believe that something so cute as a pup could turn out so evil in the end. He stared at cricket reminiscing of the good times when the two of them use to play catch together in the back yard. He put cricket back down the basement and started to go back to his room for bed. He tried to make sense of how cricket got out the basement to began with. Nothing cease to amaze troy anymore when it came to the strange things cricket could do as a dog.

The morning finely came and still there was nothing troy could do but try and find out who the man was at his door so late the night before. He called around to see if any of the neighbors had heard of anyone coming to there home late at night for any reason at all. After checking around he found that he was the only person that had a stranger come to his home without notice. This made him suspicious he knew now that the stranger had an agenda for why he was at his home.

Troy hurried to move cricket as fast as he could he watched the time knowing that the man would be back soon. Cricket got into the truck along with troy they drove around for hours. He used his cell phone to call a friend for a favor... Hey I have a problem could you keep cricket for a few days he asked?" what's wrong troy the friend repeated?' Nothing, nothing at all can you do me that favor troy repeated once more. Yes just bring him by and put him in the back yard with my dog's there's plenty of food and water I got you troy... Okay thanks I'll pick him up later good looking out troy whispered before hanging up the phone.

Thirty minutes after troy dropped off cricket he drove home thinking about how things got out of hand. Money was his motive it was all troy wanted to make in order to keep up his lavish life style. But still in the end he continued to have that thought about cricket on what went wrong with him. Trot knew that it was nothing he could do about the way he was thinking. He often wondered daily about what he was going to do with cricket. He contemplated on his next move with precision it wasn't as if he needed the problems he knew would soon surface. Troy wanted this nightmare to be over the realisation of what cricket did was unacceptable to him. He stood perplexed to what he was going to do with cricket. He loved his dog very much and he knew that cricket loved him as well.

Troy watched cricket laying on the floor he couldn't believe that the animal who looked so peaceful could be a cold blooded killer.

Troy placed cricket in the basement. He tried his best to hide the animal from the military and police who was searching the area for him. He wanted for everyone to be safe not just cricket. He knew that if cricket was free to roam people would die and that there would be nothing he or anyone could do about it. He locked the basement door separating cricket from himself as he turned in to bed for the night. Troy had no clue that cricket started digging a hole in the floor by the basement door he was sound asleep. The sound of cricket scratching startled troy and woke him up. He sat up in his bed listening to hear whatever it was that woke him, but there was no sound. He slowly descended back to his pillow and returned back to sleep. Cricket was gone he had escaped and upstate New York would never be the same.

Troy searched for cricket as much as he could everyday, but he never found him. He wondered what was on his dog mind he knew he needed to find him if he wanted to keep the people of UpState safe.
