Two years have passes and now I'm seven years old, a few things has happened over the years, like for instance one notable thing is that I can now use portal magic in an adept level, thankfully because of miss Halie and our frequent meet ups for me to use my power efficiently. From creating regular portals I can now add effects a bit like those entering the portals. Like those I deem foes when they enter these portals they can lose magic power, or lower speed. Such things and effects. The radius I can make can now be quite large and can allow more people to enter it as well. Even the distance between the portals have greatly increased. From just 5 meters to about 3 kilometers. Such distance in just a short while. Heck I can even go to town without a carriage I just need to bring my aides with me.

Strangely enough life went as it did with father frequently leaving for diplomacy missions on the south while I holed my self at home studying and practicing my powers and spells. And when not doing that I either meet up with his Highness Prince Hadrian and Percival and that prideful brat Nerodus. Often talking about books, history and other trivial things. As well as butting heads with Nerodus from time to time.

Anyway enough of that. There is really something big going on today and that is the sudden announcement and invitation of the southern kingdom. A bombshell my father the duke suddenly dropped on me and my mother. Both me and my mother were at a loss for words.

"Dear you can't be serious right? This is all to sudden..." Mom exclaims in surprise.

"I'm really sorry but I'm at a loss of words myself. Its something too sudden for us nobles as well when the king of Kul'Deran decided to hold a summit of sorts in their kingdom. It would be fine if it were just us representatives but out of the blue King Excedra II announced that it will be a 'mix,slash and mingle type of party, something completely unheard to in our ears."

"Preposterous, don't they know the social hierarchy?"

"That's what we said. but despite them being a monarchy they are strangely very egalitarian in terms of gatherings and social issues. Though on the political side it is a bit blurry." Dad says.

A monarchy that's egalitarian? Isn't it a bit too early for such a thing to exist?

"Dad wouldn't gathering all nobles and their kin in a strange place be strange, even if it were for a political meet up?"

".......That's the thing Priscilla even though they are not the type to pull sneaky and manipulative moves in the playing field it doesn't mean other countries can." Dad relays.

"And how are you sure the Kul'Deran are not gonna do such a thing?" Mom asks suspiciously.

"Well....they are too idealistic and strangely satiated in their lands, not to mention being Spiritians they have low conception rates so that's probably a factor."

Mom looks at dad suspiciously and sighs.

"Fine, though please be weary if any mess were to come onto Clandestinus I will absolutely have no part of it whatsoever, heck I'll even take Priscilla and make a mad dash for home even if he chances are slim." Mom says with and angry tone. Well I can understand her anger and discontent at this situation. This is way too off, even story wise in the original plot of the game just what the hell is going on.

=======

A week after preparing me and my family were headed to the docks on board one of the kingdom's main flagships. Accompanying us were a few knights with their families and as well as a few nobles and the royal family. As soon as we boarded discussions and weariness filled the ship. My guess is that even the nobles seem to be weary of this sudden move, Though is it just me or are they just strangely lax and accepting about this.
