The next day a meeting between the kingdoms went on and Priscilla has been stuck in her room, rather unsure on what she should do in particular. Even when she resigned herself to do a bit of magic practice she was immediately denied to do so by the staff. She tried to call Halie but it seemed like she is more so not keen of practicing her.
"But why not, you do seem to have free time" Priscilla argues.
"I'm having a bit of an issue myself, besides Lord Ostium actually dared to fool around big time and got into a whole heap of trouble, I mean to leave the deity of Fate in another world, I mean who does that." Halie rants as Priscilla is unsure on how to react to this information.
"So on that note as Lord Ostium is stuck in another world trying to resolve his idiotic mistakes, I'm stuck here in the realmways for a good month or so. If you do want to practice why not do it yourself, your control over your magic seems to have gotten a tad bit better." Halie says with a chipper smile.
"Lady Priscilla, are you here?" The prince's voice resonates followed by a backhanded compliment from another person who he seems to be with.
"Your highness why do we have to find that woman!" A mocking voice clearly belonging to Nerodus can be heard as he throws about his usual spouts.
"And that is my cue to leave, ciao darling!" Halie bades as she closes her portal.
"Ah there you are!" Hadrian says with a smile.
"You really are quite a pain in the ass to find." Nerodus says with sheer disdain in his voice.
"Fufufu, I'm not the one playing hide in seek." Priscilla Jests.
Nerodus flares up and was about to start a war of words between the duke's daughter, but was put to stop by Hadrian.
"Now, now be civil. Besides I've come here to invite you to a little shindig by Princess Valia."
"Shindig? Like what?"
"Apparently the princess said it would be a surprise. Gods know what the heck she is planning to do." Nerodus says with an annoyed expression clearly written on his face.
"And, your inviting me?" Priscilla confirms.
"The other noble kids are either of exploring this city or too ashamed to face me regarding what happened last night soo..I'm betting you as my best bet." Hadrian replies with an expectant expression, much to both Prisclla and Nerodus' looks of dismay.
Seeing she really had nothing much to do she agrees and the two lead her to the castle in a strangely familiar laid out room, inside it screens that reminded her of her old world, now in holograms are out and about, in the center of a room a huge crystal like projection of weirdly familiar figures are displayed. Asides the room it seems that only her, the princess, the maid from yesterday, the two princes, Nerodus and the Knight in training assigned to watch over Hadrian were present.
"Ah! Lady Priscilla, so glad that you have joined us." Valia says with a warm smile. It seemed like despite her initial thoughts of how Valia would react to her being invited by the prince would make her peeved. But in actuality her expression is more glad that she actually came.
"So what are we doing here?" Priscilla asks.
"I've Invited you to play a little game called, Let's Dance!" She says with a smile as she snaps her finger.
From the floor where the hologram was familiar looking symbols and layouts were about. As Priscilla looked at this she really could not have expected that a DDR game would actually be in a fantasy world
"This game is powered by magic and was given and introduced to us by our deities." Valia says proudly.
As Valia explains the rules of the game, she really could not expect something like this to occur. Which actually lead her to believe that perhaps there are reincarnated people in this world. Ignoring the explaination Priscilla could only watch the princess as she takes off her shoes and selects some song and then dances to it. Indeed to the others this seems like a foreign concept. But to her this was nothing but old news.
Valia tampers with the game and sets certain settings to it. Then she turns to us with a cutesy smile. "So any of you want to give it a blind test run?"
Priscilla, the princes Nerodus and Julius all give her a questioning glance. Giving the image of uncertainty and questioning doubt
"Well if no one, I shall show you all how its done" She says with a smile.
She then chooses a song and begins to dance on the weird patterns. Matching her steps as she steps on the patterns and dances with folly and grace as the song went on. The northern royals looked stunned. The song she chose was paired with a rather tedious and difficult step chart that made them gawk and gaggle at the princess with each step she took. The song then ends and her results were rather outstanding, an A. A rather perfect score with no steps missed, but rather a good number of them were early.
"My, this really is a good one. This is how we party it up here in Kul'Deran. Valia says with a rather befitting and proud smile. "Who wants to go next?" The Princess asks casually to which out of surprise Priscilla rose her hand.
"I'll try if your highness' mind me not in going first, though don't really expect much." She says in a humble tone. "Though It may be a bit hard on me as I don a dress."
"Worry not, just do your best." Valia says with a smile, with her peers saved that of Nerodus who looks at her with a stern expression beckons her to try it.
Stepping up the Platform she skimmed through the song lists, most of which were songs that hailed from the southern kingdoms. As she was skimming she noticed rather familiar songs hailing from her old world which intrigued her so much. She locked in the song and proceeds to ready herself for the game as she hoists up the hem of her skirt.
As the music starts to play she skips from pattern to pattern while trying to keep her balance and rhythm. She skips from pattern to pattern across the elevated platform, missing certain steps but showing merriment and delight in her face. Her companions somewhat impressed that she was catching up, to some extent in the very least. The song then ends and her score shows up as an average B.
"Hahahaha, B for an average song is rather good." Valia compliments.
"Impressive..." Hadiran says with applause.
"Cool..." Percival warmly says with awe.
"..Passable..." Mutters with some salt.
Julian stands there with a smile plastered on his face applauding.
"Well who's up next?" Valia asks
The game continues as the boys attempt their hardest as they try to keep up their paces, but most of them got an F or D.
"You all could have chosen an easier song you know." Valia asks.
"Like hell......like I'd lose to her...."Nerodus mutters in annoyance.
"Awww come on Nero everything dosen't have to be a contest." Hadrian consoles his friend with a pat at the back.
As the group was talking a maid comes in with a smile.
"Princess, its time for lunch." The maid smiles with a curtsy.
"Thanks, Sentenia." She then turns to the northerners. "We ought to head to the balcony, lunch is served"
The group then makes their way to the palace balcony.

To be honest I'm not sure where the story will go on from here as it has been a long time since I updated. I think I probably will put this Tale ON HOLD though....
